Airtel Digital TV — not working properly

the network of my digital tv is not well in the clear climate also .i have contacted to customer care they have given the number of local distributer at Krishna complex hamidiya road Bhopal i have immediate contact .

after some time 1 call is came of a local engineer phone no; [protected] they have promise to come my home and repair the digital tv but till now not any one is came to my home.
