[Resolved] Airtel Digital TV — poor maintenance and services | |||
I have send this email to airtel DTH customer care nodal center for rajasthan on April 1 2012 and I am still waiting for the resolution. these company people use to have only one reply that we will resolve your problem and our technical executive will visit at your home till today evening, I don't know when that evening will come. you just checkout this email, its shameful for a company like this: whom so ever it may concern, This is Jay Bhatnagar, I am your dear customer as your SMS use to mention about me. My customer id is [protected]. I have register complain twice to your executives and the complain details are follows:- [protected] for STB issues & happy code is 109 dated on 29 march 2012 time: 7.41 pm [protected] for Delay in Resolution( Domino) & happy code is 878 dated on 30 march 2012 time: 3.34 pm [protected] for wrong resolution ( Domino) & happy code is 964 dated on 2 April 2012 time:8.57 pm for any query pls call [protected] I have asked to above nos.,they told me that we are not having proper equipment right now to change the dish direction or the set top box maintenance and given me one more no.,that is as follows: [protected] I have called him several times but it was busy n not answering, could you pls apologies from my side If I disturbed him as he is so busy, that he is not able to revert me. Was it your CEO? If yes then tell him to shut down the company immediately and lock the services you are providing as your maintenance team is not having proper equipment or giving excuses to the customer. If you have equipment for giving new connections then what is the issue in repairing the old one or those equipment are only for new connections. Could you tell me who will be responsible for the days without entertainment for my family. are you able to fulfill that valuable loss of me. AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — Poor Maintenance
Hi Team,I m feeling succourless due to the services provided by the Airtel Digital services.
I am using the Airtel DTH from last 2 years and every month i pay visit charge except the recharge voucher.
When i ask to the engineer , they says the problem will not occur again .
Recently we paid Bracket and LNB charges in last 15 days but the problem is again same today as it was .
At the same place we are using the TATA SKY services ,, and i am surprized to see , even a single visit is not required for TATA DTH services.
Why?
This type of services are really frustating for me and there is no way except termination of my relationship with Airtel.
I didnt expect this type of services from AIRTEL DTH.
I need your kind intervene in this regard
