[Resolved] Airtel Digital TV — Receiving unwanted alerts | |||
I have asked Airtel Digital TV Customer Service to unregister my mobile no. 3 months before so that I will not receive any unwanted sms alert from them. But still they have not solved my problem. Its like misguiding consumers. Was this information helpful? | |||

All those who are planning for DTH, I will suggest to go for Tata Sky than Airtel.
Airtel is the worst in providing the customer satisfaction.
Once you register your mobile no. with Airtel, you will receive frustrating alerts even if you asked them to deactivate that no. from the list.
I am experiencing the same last 4-5 months.
Even after talking to the Customer Care Executives no. of times, nothing happens.

Still I receive alerts on the same saying your account has been successfully recharged.
Are you able to resolve this issue or not?
