[Resolved]  Airtel Dish TV — connection migration from satellite one to satellite two

I am a user of air tel dish TV and my customer id is [protected].in July 2012 air tel customer care called me and provide information regarding connection migration they said our engineer will do free visit and do the needful but no one come due to connection migration i am able to watch 30% channels which i have already paid .after that i have called air tel costumer care so many time they register my complaint and said that your problem will resolve with in 1st Aug but till date its not done. Truly very bad service.

DishTv Satellite Connection — payment.

I am a customer of Dish tv satellite connection from May 2008, my subscription's first reneual fell in the month of March 2009. I went to a nearby dishtv dealer and paid the reneual for next six months(Rs.1, 800)- he gave me a cash memo with his shop's seal as receipt; but he partially paid Rs.700/ instead of Rs.1800 as my reneual to the dishtv.

This dealer in our area has cheated many o[censored]s like this and one fine night, with all the money he had collected like this, he ran away with his family shifting his rented residence and shop.

Now, when I gave these details to Dish tv and requested them to inquire into the matter, they reply me that they have nothing to do with this issue, I have to handle it on my own. Now tell me What I can do to get back my Rs.1100.; Is this fair on part of Dish tv to answer an end customer...the customer has not paid the money to some Tom, Dick or harry but to a dealer who had an authorised nameboard saying he is the dish tv dealer.
