[Resolved] Airtel Dish TV — Poor Service | |||
I had problem with the set top box provided by Airtel and when asked to replace, they informed that it would cost Rs.300/- as the warranty period had expired. As I was not interested in spending the amount, I had asked them to disconnect the service on June 10, 2011 and till date they have been charging me for the service not utilized by me and have not taken back the equipment and refunded the amount paid by me, in advance. I am using Airtel Dish TV since April 2009 and from very first day my Dish TV Remote is not functioning properly , and after doing regrous complaints our dealer here at Jammu is not behaviing properly and his service is very poor my customer ID is [protected]

This is to inform you that on friday 23/10/09 by 10.30 pm our airtel dishtv service get stop, The message on the tv I get { NO SIGNAL ]. As usally this problem is getting from the day of purchase near by 15 times and it is get activated within the seconds. But this time I am not getting through it. So I, call the customer care no. on 24/10/09 saturday and get the complaint no. 1290379 and was told by Mr. Narendra that this problem will be sloved on monday between 10.00 am to 11.00 am. But was not sloved. Again I, call the care centre on monday 26/10/09 and told by your staff it will be sloved by 4.00 pm to 5.00 pm monday itself.
But sorry to say that it is not sloved. again I, call in morning on 27/10/09 by 7.34 am and was told that the complaint recorded is wrong. The person recorded another complaint no. 1305067 and was send to me as an sms. I, again call at 9.34 am the centre to confirm for the rectifying time and was told that it will be sloved by 10.00 am today tuesday morning.
Sir, I kindly request you to slove this problem of [ NO SIGNAL ] as I am not getting help from your care centre through 3 days past.

I am also facing the problem with airtel dish tv
I contacted customer care several times
service engineer came to my house after six month
He wanted to replace the adapter which costs 300/-
when I purchased connection they told me every thing is under warrenty for one year
But this service engineer who attended my complaint says that adaptor warrenty is only sixmonths
my picture clarity is very bad
I am very unhappy about this service

i am calling MR.AMIT FROM BRS NAGAR ([protected]) for taking the connection of airtel dish tv last week . i paid him advance all the money in cash. and according to his statement the network should be connected after a day. bt a week passed.. still connection is not applied. its very poor on your part that consumers have to face a lot of problems regarding this .now he is like that your money should be return in 20 days. thats not fair at al.. we want our money back in a day. otherwise , we are going to the consumer court.
