Subject: Set Top Box not functioning.
Dear Sir,
With reference to above captioned subject, we need to bring in your kind notice that from last 8 days the Set Top box RED colour LED is not glowing and nothing is appearing on TV screen.
The unit is registered on my son name Mr. Vikash Kumar Sinha and his mobile No. [protected] the registered email ID # vikash.[protected]@gmail.com.
Continuously we are complaining the issue to your company, but seems that your company is not taking it seriously, and not interested is solving the problems faced by your valued customer’s after selling the product.
Who will compensate our losses of per day charges for a week time and the loneliness & harassment my family suffered?
If the problem is not solved within 24 hours of this email, then we may move the case to consumer forum and ministry of telecast & broadcasting for which your company will remain solely responsible for any serious action taken by the departments.
The negative attitude towards after sales service and supports reflects very poor services rendered by your company, which is great irritation to the customers, those who are using your products and services. Try to improve your after sales services, thus satisfying the customers.
Kindly look into the matter and resolve it as earlier as possible and oblige.

I am Umesh Sonar and My Airtel STB ID : [protected] from 27Aug 2011I was given to req my dth not working since 5 Day's REQ ID[protected]
I called up to customer care so many times but they were not doing anything . I am very much anoid from your services airtel is a brand name that's why we choose this but thing is different here i must agree airtel service is very poor it's pathetic. Every time new people picked the call and take all the details but no solution?Last option is left to approach TRAI and Consumer Court .
Airtel don't think about their customers at all .
I want issue would be resolved on high priority.

Airtel DTH — No Reply
Dear Sir/Madam,My name is Sunil Panchal & my customer id [protected] & i lodged the complaint on 07/09/2010 at 21.50 for non working of set top box & signal problem , i spoke to your executive Mr. Vasu & i registered the my complaint (complaint no. 3785289). i requested to Mr. Vasu i want to talk any of your senior executive, but he told me within hour time u will get the call from our senior executive. i wait till night, but my luck too good & till moment i not received any call for my request.
Today morning i got call of your engineer from mobile no.[protected] & he confirm the address & road route to come my home to check the problem, but till evening your engineer doesn't came & i called up your engineer again, he told me please give me 5 mints time i check with my team & give u call back. Around 20.30 again i called up your engineer 3-4 times but he not picked up the call & again i spoke to customer care to resolve my problem,please let me being airtel digital tv cutomer how much time i have to call on which no to get proper & fast solution to resolve my airtel digital tv problem,if my set top box will not work for 2-3 days than my account balance will deduct or not ? & if account balance will reduce than who will be responsible for that.
I glad to inform that i m airtel digital tv customer from last 2-3 years & service i m getting from u people is excellent, b'coz i seeing the after every 6 months i must have to right the complaint mail for your service.please stop to distributing the new connection i[censored] people are not able to provide the one step solution on customer problem.
