Airtel DTH Service — Unable to see channels from last 3 months | |||
This is one of poor service and business practices shown by Airtel. This company does not bother about the customer. I am using Airtel DTH services from 3 years and from last 3 months we are unable to watch the channels because of their satelite migration. We complained about 10 times from last 3 months and none of them bother to provide service. We are paying rent from last 3 months without getting any channel and further they increased monthly rent without any information. I have complaint # 22988480 and one guy visited our place and asking for money for the cable. During installation they installed only 5 meters cable and now they are saying move this dist to terrace. For that, they are asking for money. Why should I pay for cable, Airtel cheated me for 3 months and provided me worst service. Engineer is asking for Rs 1200 for cable and for this money I can get new connection from Tata Sky which is far better than Airtel. Even during Installation I asked them to install dish on terrace but to save cable you guys put only 5 meters. I want justice and this is not way to do the business by cheating the people. Even worst is, you have waste your time by talking to customer care every time which is very slow and take 40 minutes to speak with Customer representative. Airtel DTH Service — Deduction of amount from an unregistered mob No
Dear sir i am facing a problem since Nov 2011 that amount from my DTH account is deducted automatically and i also complaint several time to customer care and senior supervisors. He responded that the amount deducted due to subscription of top up added by an unregistered mob No. Than i requested to change my customer ID he assured me several times but till now it is not changed. I am facing same problems regularly and no one solve my problem.
