[Resolved] Airtel DTH TV — fraud against recharge | |||
Dear Team This complain is about the DTH connection availed from one Service providers of Airtel in meerut in Old Saadar in sabji mandi market . The Owner is Mr Suraj gupta [protected] . I have DTH connection Id number - [protected] in name of Mr puneet Gupta . I have bought an LCD on which 2 months Airtel connection was free , Now on 28 th Jan on confirming from Miss Himani who is the coordinator in Airtel office and Mr Yug who was the engineer who visited my Home for getting connection activated . As per tele conversation with Miss himani she told that for normal connection 243 Rs recharge is there and for HD channels 90 Rs extra is to be added . I got Airtel DTH connection activated as per her and gave 350rs for HD+ DTH connection . After my Connection getting recharged,only 2-3 HD channels were coming on TV . I complained about the same to Miss himani and Mr suraj , They told tht there are 11 HD channels which come on HD connection . They confirmed me that they are sending their engineer Mr YUG . He visited home and got the channels activated . Just after 1 week after recharge , now i am again getting messages that my a/c has become empty and i need to get it recharged again , after asking Mr Suraj and miss Himani , they told me that some games channel has been activated and sports channel has been activated by them . Pls confirm that when i have not asked them to activate any such account why have they done that , I have already paid complete amount for HD channels and which were rectified by their team only and everything was done by them . Why should i now bear another charge . Team pls help me and get me a proper solution of this cheating done . i need my recharge for 1 month done by them as they have finished my balance whithout asking me and got channels activated which were not asked . Airtel — non cooperation and fraudulent
I have a net pack and during browsing through mobile(server- Airtel) an amount about 103.00 rupees had been deducted from my main account but 34 Mb GPRS balance was still remaining at that time.I had contacted Airtel customer care but 11 representatives listen my prolem and then they just cut the line.Finally one took my complain saying they will made the feedback after 48 hrs. as they didnot have the updates right then.But But . .after 60 hrs when I call again they said that I have no GPRS balance at the time of deduction of the said money I was trying to say that I had the GPRS balance at the time of complain then they refused saying no complain was registrered from my number and cut the line...Its a great tactics of fraudulency ..............

My mother recharged Digital TV-[protected] with Rs 1050 in Dec, 2011. The account has not been credited till date ( feb 16). It is a meerut connection and Airtel Main office in Sadar Sabji mandi has been very non cooperative although they have been visited thrice in past 3 months. Airtel is a reliable brand but its customer service is below satisfactory. When we contacted the shop from where we purchased the connection, instead of helping out owner said " Cut the connection if its giving so much trouble".
