[Resolved]  Airtel — Failed to refund the Online payment

Dear Sir/Mam,

This is Sai Reddy and My mobile no is: [protected].

I have recharged my mobile through online. During the payment, I got the success message from the bank and the money is deducted(Amount paid to Airtel: BHARTI TELEVENTURES LTD (BILL DESK)) from my account. But I got the Recharge Unsuccessful message from the Airtel, but still the deducted amount is not refunded to me.
This is happen 3 times. The details of the failed transaction are as follows.

1) Rs: 200 Date: 29/03/2013 Transaction Description : ICONN/69809649/290313/BHARTI TELEVENTURE
2) Rs: 249 Date:30/03/2013 Transaction ID: 364092 Transaction Description : ICONN/69966994/310313/BHARTI TELEVENTURE
3) Rs:249 Date:16/05/2013 Transaction ID: 247251 Transaction Description : ICONN/73806498/160513/BHARTI TELEVENTURE

All amounts deducted from the following a/c no: [protected].
Please kindly look into this issue.
