[Resolved]  Airtel Fixed Line — Alarm at midnight without booking

I have a Fixedline as well as Broadline connection on airtel telephone number 42316047. I am fed up with this telephone because of the following problem.

Every night at about 11 p.m. the wake-up alarm comes on. I never set it nor did I ever got it set; but still it comes on. I am a senior citizen and am being harassed like this every night. Once my sleep is disturbed it becomes all the more difficult to fall sleep again.

I complained to the executives of Airtel and got it set right twice in the past. But after a fortnight, the problem crops up again of its own. This has happened twice in the past, still there is no respite.

Please help. Or else advise me as to how I should get the connection disconnected. If this is the harassment I am going to mete out daily, I do not want the connection any more.
