Hello Tunes has been activated on mobile no [protected] without my consent and without following TRAI directions. Money has been deducted. It is general practice by Airtel on this number. Kindly deactivat the service. Refund the money with fine for harrasment. Was this information helpful? | |||

i too agree with dis...i had talk time of Rs.85 in my account...in just 1 minute...it got reduced to 2.65rupees...even though i had not activated any of the services without my concern...wat can i do...am gonna file a complaint against dis for repayment of dis money...even msge has not cum abt d reason for taking money...ill meet in court...
Airtel — forced to use Value added service
Hello,Before three months ago don't know why Airtel started blog service on my number which costs Rs 10 every month I didn't needed that service and even I didn't knew how to use it. I called customer service and they said they have disconnected it and it will disabled within 4 hours but it never I called them at least 4 times in three months and every time they say service has been discontinued and balance has been refunded but still that service active and balance not refunded and they are still stealing my money, I even tried to disable that service from *123# it's says it's disconnected but still it doesn't get disconnected also they have blocked my number and I'm not even able to call customer care, I was an biggest to switch from vodafone to airtel. Please help.

AirTel — Activation of value added services
My mobile no is [protected]. (Punjab). VAS pack 99 has been added irrespective of my request. and few days after the service provider activated pack for 50 too. I am not aware of these packs and only came to know after they deducted teh amount from my balance. I camplained and the request for deactivation was submitted. But now again they about to activate it on 18-04-08 for the next 30 days.
