[Resolved] Airtel — Full talktime for Recharge of Rs 200 not provided
Hello my airtel mobile number is [protected] .
I recharged my airtel number with a topup of Rs 200 on 12/06.2013 which is a full talk time topup. But I only received Rs175 as the recharge amount.
When I inquired about this in the customer care of airtel , they told that it will be automatically added in 4 hours of time. But next day when I called they told that I have only recharged for Rs 175 which is a fraudulent statement. More over they made me wait for about 15 minutes to speak to their customer supervisor executive.
Please take action against the company sir. Also they deduct Rs 2 or Rs 1 daily from my account without any reason stating that I have some pack activated on my account. When I call their customer care they claim that it is not true and I have no offers activated on my number.
Please take action against Airtel and provide me and customers like me justice sir.
