My mobile number [protected], my blace is daily deducted by 5Rs in the name of Subscription services_gameClub. Please do stop that.

I want to unsubscribe this service games club immidiately.This is an unneccesory service for me. Thank if you help on this problem .

Airtel custumer service do not recieve my phone calls of deactivation.
I called twice the customer care, the one saying its due international messageing rom my mobile and other saying its due to internet activation. They are not fit for your organisation please do care of them. And about customer case its not user friendly, I am trying and try but not giving not connect just saying thankQ. Please take action.

My query/problem is not resolved till now. Daily I am getting gclub service activated onmy mobile number [protected]. and *121# does not show any service on my mobile. this is not my problem.

You have control of my number. you can see from your sytem where I am calling, how much amount activating in my account, what value added service is activated and what not.

I have already requested for PLIVE CNCL to 222 to deactivate airtel live but still I am getting subsubscription of gclub. now daily I am getting another message from 54321 of free download. whay I am getting this message when airtel live is not activated.

this is not only my complaint there are so many customers complaiting of such services from airtel.
I am feeling AIRTEL is cheater company.
I want to say, if you have any proof that this serive is activated from my userid then tell me the record.


Some how today I come to know to unsubscribe gclub from phone on sending UNSUBGC to 54321 then I am getting garbage respose of computer code some sql exception.


I would like to reqeust to concumer court to take some strick decision and action on specially AIRTEL.

Airtel Prepaid — Deactivate games mania

sir, my mobile number is [protected].games mania has been activated in my no and abnormal deduction of amount since last ten days.plz deactivate as soon as possible.

It is distressing to note that airtel a reputed telecom provider is also paying foul on its loyal customers.Without downloading games from airtellive they deducted all my balance of Rs 65/- leaving behind only 1.66 paise that too in the night time when I was travelling by bus. Since then rs 5 is being deducted from my accices ount although I have send several messages on 54321(UNSUBGC) and to 56363(unsub gc) but to no avail.Furthter a amount of rs 3 has been deducted for this sms.The GPRS speed is very poor wastage of money and time. I have three connections in my name (2 post paid) and this one [protected] which I also ported in from idea.The custommer care executive is never accessible.It is a bluff.i would request through this forum that my games subscription of Rs 5% be stopped.

Airtel — Gyan Services - need unsubscription

I have been subscribed to Gyan Services from airtel (do not know what it is) without my knowledge. Rs 10 being deducted for every 10 days. They have given *321*565# to unsubscribe it, which as usual not working at all. Need it unsubscribed from number [protected] immediately.

AirTel — Games club deactivation

I am Airtel mobile subscriber & Games Club service has been activated on my number . It is an accidental activation. I have tried too many times to deactivate this service by sending msg UNSUBGC to 54321 but not accepting the request. I am being charged 30 rs. per week for this and deactivation not happening.
Plz help me and deactivate the service.

I want to deactivate the gamesclub subscription of airtel mobile service provider. I have not activated this service. Airtel also not informed me while activating this service and charged Rs. 99 per month.

I haven't activated this airtel-games option, but I was charged for that. Yesterday they detected the Rs. 35 balance which I kept in my account. I am in a confusion whether should I recharge again, or should I look for some other service provider. Because this happened before for some other options, which I haven't activated. Will you please look in to the problem at your side.
