Hi sir
we have deposit the amount in your aitel lobby in vasali in gaziyabad dated 02/02/2008 through debit card amount is 798-00, he give me bill 798, but account no is mentioned is[protected] but my bill account no is[protected].So i have attached to pdf for biiling and debit card swiping slip. Please see these matter and clearfy this billing ammount ASAP.

I am recieving sms from 61611015 saying thanks for using airtel live .for all these sms i ahve been deducted Rs.15/- per sms.

I recieve 5-7 sms every month for last 3 months.

had complained so many time on customer care by mail or by call but no result found.
I have done twice online payment to airtel from which one was reflected and other was not, so i complained many times to customercare they said to take the account details and go to Airtel gallery, i showed them the account details they said it will be reflected in two days but after four days we again went and complained then again said we are sorry we will updated this by two days but again they have not done. This is height of frustration ...I will now go to Consumer court for this.

I have been an Airtel customer for the last six years. I had an Airtel connection no [protected] and which was discontined about two years ago as I was offerd a better plan with add on card by Airtel. I had been making payments for my earlier no. directly from my bank through netbanking, and had tried to register my new number for the same , but probably failed, due to this I wrongly paid an amount of Rs. 2500 to my earlier account number instead of the existing one. On realising my mistake, immediately called up ghe customer care on 121 and informed them of the problem, who promptly registered my complaint and gave me the complaint number and informed me that the said amount get transferred to my existing account within 48 hrs and that I would receive a message confirming the same witin 48 hrs, however since I did not receive any information I once again called the customer care to check regarding the status of my complaint, and I was informed that the needful was being done. On 16th October I received a call from the customer informing me that my complaint has been cancelled as they were unable to trace the account nuber of my earlier cell number and was instead asked me to contact the nearest Airtel gallery, which I did only on 6th Nov. as I was away from Mumbai.
On contacting the person at the gallery I was given a hotline number and asked to speak to the executive on that number, on contacting the said executive , instead of speaking to me insisted on speaking to the person from the gallery, subsequent to his talk with the executive the gallery person asked me to submit photo copy of my bank statement which i did oWhen conacted after 3days I was told that a complaint has been logged, but I would be required to pay the current bill and that the amount in dispute would be adjusted against my bill for the following month, upon which I paid the bill, but to my suprise, intead of adjusting the amount of Rs 2500 I was sent a bill of Rs 2450.

I had on 12th Dec sent a mail to the nodal officer of Airtel regarding the same but there was no response, subsequently I received a phone call from a lady regarding my payment on 16th Dec I informed her about my problem, who then asked me to send a mail to one Mr Aggarwal at aegis global, the collection agency for Airtel, which I did on 17th, but to no avil.

I therefore seek your guidance and help in this matter

I am using airtell mobile since last 3 years ([protected]). I was making payment regularly, my last payment detail as under

20/04/2010 refrence no.75140680111031496768972 BHARTI CELLULAR LIMITED 1,678.00
12/04/2010 refrence no.75425310102690113900010 BHARTI CELLULAR LTD 4,300.00

one payment made on 16-06-10 that payment detail i have done this payment in cash to airtell executive.

From last two monts they have stoped my servises, they are telling me that i have not done any payment since i have activeted my mobile no (since last 5 months) Acctually i am using this phone no since last three years. and doing payment regularly.

I have done payment of 4300 rs. in month of may but the payment was not reflecting in my next bill so i had talk to custemer care officer, nodal officer and even i have visited several time to airtel gallary, But i have not get any resolution after that i also paid 1600 rs twise. but that also not reflect in my next bill. after that they discontinue my mobile no. After 15 days in mont of agust i had several call from airtell colection team regarding payment. I had given all the details to them. But every 3 to 4 days they call me for payment but not giving any resolution of payment i have done in past. they are literally harresing me and forcing me to do payment.


Now Airtell collection officer using my dialed phone no. They calling my all reletive,parents wife,friends and harresing them and me also. i told them details then they are telling that we dont have these details so you have to pay

This in reference to one of my airtel number [protected] wherein i made the payment on this account which airtel has posted to some other number. in spite of calling airtel several times they didnt reverted the payment fr approx a month and they were just posting late fee charges. we also asked them to disconnect the number however they didnt do the same. now we are getting harrassment calls. i m genuine airtel customer as i hav 3 other numbers and if you check the history other bills are paid timely. i want the action to be taken asap.

Dear Sir,

I have taken airtel broadband connection past 2 months back by the name of Bhawana Abbott, I paid Rs500 for the new connection. However, after few days I was informed by representative named Mukesh that at my place there is no wiring system available. Then I requested for refund, he said I will get the refund after 15days now its been 2 months I have not heard anything from anyone. I have contacted the customer service as well and they informed me that I will receive check at my place, again I have not yet received anything from anyone. I am really very disappointed with your services and wont recommend anyone to use airtel broadband in future. I have got CEF No. 3161575 and the check was under the name Pallavi Abbott. Please do let me know when will I receive the check. I also have mobile number for representative that is-[protected]. My last complaint number is 407725.

I Had taken BB 3G with Airtel , but after few days I lost my Data Card and then contacted Airtel to stop the service as I will not be using the service as i lost the Data Card , still the person whom i spoke was not helpful to be hence , i went to airtel office directly on the same day to inform the same that i have lost the data card hence want to stop the service and the person there confirmed that my service is stopped . But next month again i got a bill for the period i dint use my service hence called them and informed that i have requested to stop the service but still they were not helpful. Many times i have sent a mail to them and also again went directly to there out let but there were very rude and blaming me that i have not send the request to stop the service . And still sending mail to them regarding the same but still they are asking to pay for the service i have not used. I am feed up with this i will never recommend this service to any one this is the worst service provider i have ever seen . Who had treated there customer so badly and also i have gone with depressed becoz of this as there are also threatening me that they will send a legal letter , if i get any legal letter i am sure i will take this future to consumer court as i have all proof of calling airtel and also the data shows i have not used the service .
