Airtel — Gave me 2G data, instead of 3G data | |||
I'm Tejo LN Varma Kurra. I'm using the prepaid services of airtel AndhraPradesh with the number [protected]. On 13th Sep 2012, I have subscribed for 3600 minutes of 3G data on my mobile number given above with 125 rupees charge. Instead of 3g data, they gave me 2g data. Even I called the customer care, they are not resolving my problem and in the middle of the call only, they were cut off the line with charging 50 ps per every 3 minutes. I want to place a complaint against this. Please find a solution. I'm having the messages they send me, before I was activated the service.
