[Resolved] Airtel — Complaint regarding activation of services | |||
My Airtel land line no#[protected] I had requested for deactivation of my Safe Custody Mode on 31st Dec'2011, which was later informed to me on 2nd Jan'2011 that the same has been done, however till 9th Jan'2011 its not been done. I have been making repeated calls to Airtel broadband helpline (which is the only mode to contact them) regarding this, firstly i get the resolution time of 8 days, whereas now days one can get a new connection in 2 days time. Secondly, i have spoken to many floor supervisor and airtel customer care agents but every time, they tend to change the actual complain i have made, ie. 2nd time i called up they updated my complaint as "Customer requested to discontinue the airtel connection" and 2 days later they have registered the complaint as "Customer wants to shift the connection to another address" I have been repeatedly trying to get in touch with the nodal officer at phone no#[protected], however no one is picking the call, so i have dropped in a email at their mail id# nodal.[protected]@airtel.in. Following are the complaint no# which have been given to me[protected]given on 4th Jan'2011 and still not closed as on 9th Jan'2011) and[protected]given on 8th Jan'2011 with TAT of 12 hrs still in open status). Coz of all this i am facing great inconvenience and wasting my time and money on just making calls to airtel helpline[protected] and then also i am not getting any help. Would like you to intervene in this case and try to help me out.
