Airtel — GPRS Complaint | |||
My name is Harish Gogde. I was activated Airtel GPRS Plan Rs 5 for 50 MB for 1 day on 2-12-12 at 6:00 AM. I was use the Internet about 10 AM , 2 PM, 6 PM , 8 PM. I was use about 20 to 25 MB on that day but When I was check my main account balance the amount of GPRS deducted from my main account. I was called to customer care for Complaint 198 on 5 Dec 2012 customer care receive my call at 19:59 he was hear my complaint and disconnect my call. I was try again at 20:03 again receive my call then disconnect my call after that my call was not connected to the customer care 198.
