Airtel GPRS — no response | |||
Dear Sir/Mam, i have activated Airtel GPRS monthly package of Rs.98 on my mobile phone on 06/07/2010 through customer care they told me that they doesn't have SMS setting for activation & also not having settings for latest handsets i have to do Manual setting at Mobile phone so might be it not done well and not activated i have made 15 calls to customer care they told me they will arrange back call from technical person and till date & time i didn't get any Response from them Was this information helpful? | |||

I am tony michael from cochin, working as asst manager in a pvt firm, i am useing samsung m 2710 new seris handset called many times to airtel customer care for gprs settings but didnt get till now... i had samsung sgh c 160 mobile now i am disposed my cell... its emergency as per the customer care excecutive instruction yesterday (09/11/09) i reacharger 98 rupeese flexi for unlimited browsing not the tat is 48 hrs...
please do it need full
