[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel problem with Mobile No. Portability | |||
Hello, I have just used the mobile No portability. for swiching from old subscriber (reliance CDMA) to Airtel prepaid. Swiching has happend siccessfully since last tuesday. After that i am not able to rechange my no. I used the following method. 1. by using Mcheck facility: it is giving me the error message that "recharge is only allowed for a valid airtel prepaid number". 2. I have tried to multiple rechage by some shopkeepes: I am getting the error message "recharge no successful on your mobile. Transaction Id [protected] Dated[protected] at 12.19PM. "recharge no successful on your mobile. Transaction Id [protected] Dated[protected] at 12.19PM. I am not getting any help after talking with paid customer care. sir maine abhi reliance cdma se airtel prepaid mnp karaya mujhe naya sim card bhi diya gaya jo ki number port ho jane ke baad bhi registration failed bata raha hai aur agar us par call karte hai to out of network coverage bata raha hai
