[Resolved] Airtel — Charging unnecessarily | |||
Hi, When I have sent an sms to 1900 for PORTing Unique code I got a call from customer support engineer for asking the reason and then he offered me a trial package which should charge 1ps/2sec and he asked me to cancel the PORT immediately. Then I cancelled the PORT after that they started charging me 1.2ps/sec where as earlier I was charged only 1ps/1sec. Instead of charging 1ps/2sec they started charging 1.2ps/1sec. Regarding this I have called 121 Customer support many times but they responded very badly to me and even after recharging Rs 27/- for 1ps/1sec my balance is being deducted 1.2ps/1sec. This is really disgusting... The Airtel Customer Support ppl have become very rude to customers and AIRTEL is cheating its customers by charging wrongly. I have been with Airtel network for the last 8 Yrs. But now I really HATE Airtel.. Was this information helpful? | |||
