[Resolved] Airtel — inconvenience in us service | |||
hello sir my name is SUMIT S CHAUHAN . i have a air tel connection . but a few time i got a hard incanvince . i dont want want a promotional call and sms . i camplaint it at airtel custmer care but i got responce that i am a stupit gay and i cant understand that they tell . so it mean that we only hear that what they say but we cant say any thing ,and i activate a dnd last month and i think this service can activate in 45 days .but 1 month begine but service not activate o n number so please give me a justice and teach a customer care aqsitive that they change thare language . AirTel — inconvenience in service
Sir,I am using the mobile no [protected],i submitted my documents with out absence when i purchased the connection,suddenly the called me and have to re-submit my documents,how many times i have to submit my documents,this causes me a great inconvenience and mental tension because i dont know when the customer care call me and ask for submit documents,i am giving my mail id balajiteja.cn.[protected]@gmail.com,can you give any solution to this problem.
