Airtel India — Services activated without my permission
You are sending & activated your different scheme on my mobile without my confirmation and deducting your charges from my balance for the same. . I do not want any your such scheme in future. So please note do not activate any your scheme on my mobile. My Mobile No.[protected].Why you are stealing people money like this. It is dangerous as many of my friends are already thought of switching to other services.Please maintain dignity. Customers are not Fools to activate what they don't want. I certainly get all these from your services for the past 3 months. If you steal 30 rs for one month and that is for 10000 customers then the amount counts to 30 lakhs. It is a robbery act. Tata docomo is doing the same, not just to me but to all of my frnds who have docomo service.I guess all networks do such stuff because 90 % of the time people think its a waste of effort to complain for their money

Airtel India — Activation of service without permission
Dear sir/mam,My phone no is [protected]. I got a promotional message at 12:29pm on 1st December, 2010 from Airtel that "Sri Ram ki katha apne airtel phone pur suniye. Dial karein *0* for FREE". When i dialed this number, i heard the advertisement regarding activation of RAMAYAN service and cost for that, then i do not activate the service and cut my phone call. But i got the message at 8:35 on pm on same day that , your rs. 10 has been charged for subscribing Ramayan. I dont know when i subscribed. When i called customer care , then they said that you should call 121 for taking information before dialing *0* although it was said free and calling 121 is aso not free. So it means , airtel gives the offer to provide knowledge about its service for free and in advertisement it also tells about cost and method of activation, but when customer does not activate its service, then It forcefully activates that service and charges for that.
So you are kindly requested not to misguide and cheat the customer, because if one service provider looses its reputation among the people, then it is not good for that company and it is well known fact that mouth to mouth advertisement is the most effective way of advertisement.
Thus you are requested to return my money that has been charged. If i would have been desire for that service , i would not have been unsubscribe without completion of service validity although when i lost my money for that.. Hoping for your kind attention.
