Airtel — internet failure | |||
My internet services which are activated on my Nokia X2-01 cellphone are not working in the evening time from the past 6-7 days and nobody,,,i mean nobody from your customer care is willing to assist me on this matter when i call them telephonically...sorry to say,,, but this is pathetic services from you..i am thinking of switching it to mnp of some different connection...just rotten service provided by airtel...wont recommend it to anybody.. I m a prepaid user of airtel, my no. is [protected]. From 8 to 9 days internet is not working our area. I called customer care to solved it complain no. is CMOSW[protected] today complain no. is CMOUD[protected] but they didn't solve. i recharge my account 148, i think i m wasting money and time. i'm feed up of this service, please provide better service, else there are many mobile service provider give cheaper internet pack and excellent service.
