[Resolved]  Airtel Iptv — Worst Service

i am very annoyed about the IpTv service i have 4000/ rs for the box and still no one has followed up with me about its installation , i have 4 tata sky installed at my place and i just booked 1 iptv from airtel and i thought of replacing Tata Sky with Airtel IpTv but the kind of service i am getting is really bad at the initial stage i have paid the amount of Rs.4000 on Tuesday but got the receipt for that on Friday and i was assured that it will be installed on Saturday and today when i gave a call to Mr.Manish Taneja he is still doubtful whether it will be done on Saturday or Monday although at the time of making the payment i specifically informed that as Saturday is my holiday i wanted to get it installed on Saturday but i am really suprised by the responses i am getting .

First after making the payment on Tuesday i got the receipt of the same payment on Friday that also after me again and again asking for it through a scan copy which i am attaching along .

so through this mail i just wanted to inform the person who handles the service issues what wrong is happening in the market by Airtel name .

So please reply through this mail or cal me on my mobile mentioned below what will happen to my money i have paid whether i will get the box installed at my place or not .

I have been facing problem in using the Airtel IPTV connection from the day one i got it at my place. I took this connection for the waifai internet connection as i had fed up with connecting lots of wires and all. But while using this waifai internet connection, it gets disconnected so frequently that am not able to work even for continuous 10 min. Its very irritating to use this service.

I complaint to the service provider of my area. But when he comes he resets the connection manually and says its working now. But just after 5 minutes i face the same problem. He asked me to check your machine. I also did that but problem isas it is.

Today iam thing how to surrender this connection.
I have been facing a problem with IPTV since day one.Most of the channels say " waiting for signal".I have made numerous calls to the customer care department and I have spoken to numerous people but my issue has not been resoleved.

The people who take care of the IPTV are a bunch of incompetant jokers who dont know what they are doing.

I want my money back.
I completely agree.. Airtel IPTV customer service is the worst!
