Please see below communications which I have been having with Airtel DTH on my new connections purchased on 25th October 2009.

I am now sure, that i didnot purchase DTH connection, but I paid money for buying harrassment from Airtel.

How can a company of such repute behave like this ? However it appears that Mr. Mittal, is definitely a man of luck to achieve such heights in Airtel

You are the 100th Person from Airtel, to whom I am communicating on the various issues which I have purchased from Airtel. (Paresh / Nitin / Amit Choudhary / Pramod / Punit / Sonu Chabra / Nitu Saini /................ the list will go on & on...)

Actually, my life was prettly dull and hence to have some problems, I decided to purchase Airtel connection on 25th October.. I really donot know, what muhurat, I did so, however this are really not what I was looking for. Airtel is suppose to be a BIG brand and a company of repute.. However I am sure now, that AIRTEL is a company full of XXXXXXXXXXXXX

I am asking for point wise resposne to my below queries isntead of your generic answers. Can you provide.. If yes, then do so, else given a reply that you cannot provide point wise answers.. becuase if so, then problems will be resolved and your customer may become happy, which as such is not an Airtel philosophy... in such case I am sure...at your call centres, you will have a motto.."donot resolve customer complaints, else they may not call us.

List of questions to which answer is required

Q.1 Please provide me the date when my primary package of mega 4 month bundle is slated to expiry considering 4 month free usage -


Q.2 My second connection is under Primary / Secondary connection scheme, wherein for Rs 160/- per month, I will be able to watch all channels of the
mega 4 month package as subscribed on my primary connection. However as per your reply, I will be charged Rs. 9.97/- per day, i.e approx. Rs 300/- per month. i.e means my second connection is not under the primary /secondary scheme ? Does this mean that the distributor has fooled me in selling the scheme ? If yes, then what is the course of action I have to take to resolve this query ? Who is the right agency to contact ?

Q.3 Right from the day 1, my second connection was not having same channels as that of the first channel. I had to lodged twice complains (Ref no.
1346387 / 1330548) and my follow up with the supplier here, on from 1st Nov 2009 8:45 pm onwards I am able to see same channels on both the
connections. Then from 5th Nov.. I was not able to see those channels once again.. Now after one more complain I am able to see it. How many times such things will happen ? (is such issue going to occur, every week, every month, every quarter, every year !!!)

Q.4 What does the date of 18th Dec 2009 as seen on my web account mean ? Now this date is 7th Nov 2009 !!!! Who is changing this dates ?

Q.5 How to check the balance of both my primary and secondary account on the web ?

I received an reply thro. SMS on 7th Nov, that complain is resolved.

Now today I am getting an SMS that your account is negative. to avoid
disconnection, please recharge.

All this problems are because AIRTEL as a company is having a
system..where people donot know which package to activate..and once an
account is purchased.. last 15 days i am struggling with your call centre,
local offices etc to get the service for which I have paid money.. This is
something called a LOOT in older times..

Your system is nothing but a garbage which only creates mess and I am
sorry, but I thnk I have no other left to put this issues to appropriate
authorities / consumer forums.

Reply with your official response to this latest issue..including the past
issues as listed below point wise immediately.

I have taken airtel DTH connection('s) on 25th October 2009 under New Mega
Pack scheme. (2 connections, 1 primary & another secondary)

Then there were issues related to the secondary connection mega pack (old
mega pack was provided instead of new megapack) and the same were resolved
on 1st nov 09. (reference no. 1346837)

Presently my account details / transaction details are shown as below

What does the above indicated Account validity of 18 Dec 2009 indicate ?

As per the scheme of purchase, I am entitled to 4 months of free usage for
primary connection. (i.e till 25th Feb 2010)

For secondary connection, I have paid 160/- x 4 = 640/- Rs which the
distributor thro. whom I have purchased the connection, confirm that the
same is done and the secondary connection shall also be active till 25th
Feb 2010.

The what is the meaning of the above validity date ? When I discussed with
your personnel over telephone, they informed that the website details are
not correct and there is error on the website.

I request you to confirm me that my both connections will work w/o
interruption and no further recharge requirement till 25th Feb 2010 and
there is problem with the webiste and website details are irrelevant and
wrong. (you may also take some steps to correct this website issue)

Please revert urgently on the above.

    ([protected]) this my number ..last month . booster for 245rs validity for 6months. and after a week same booster have been put for another 245rs, the validity came for another 6months. totally 1yr. 2weeks ago the all the booster has been cancel. i have tell about this to the customer care.. pls i need a solution to this . or need the booster again,.

      I am an Airtel prepaid customer. My mobile number is [protected]. I received a SMS from airtel on 5-9-09 and I quote 'Spedial offer for you! RC202=202 Talktime on EC! Extra TT of Rs 20.86 will be credited within 48 hours. Offer valid only for one recharge. Dial 171195. Sender AT Promo message center. [protected]. Sent 5- Nov- 2009. 10:12:10 am. The SMS did not specify whether this is "My offer for the day" and further did not specify any time limit for offer validity. After confirming with an Airtel customer executive at 121 that I will indeed get Talktme worth Rs 222.86. I did a reharge for Rs 202 today(8-9-09) at around 1 pm. To my surprise I found out that Only Rs 181.14 was credited to my Talk time. When I contacted Airtel in 121 the customer care executive sounded evasive. I trust Airtel will credit Rs 222.86 To my account within 48 hours as promised in their SMS.

        I am having prepaid Life time free incoming calls Sim card connected to Nokia 1200c handset. It is a branded handset running under warranty period. I have recieved two time SMS from airtel stating that my handset IMEI number is invalid. My mobile Number is [protected]. I have shown the handset to nokia service centre and airtel franchisee service provider also. They also shocked about airtel SMS. I think this is only to grab money from us.

        I AM CURRENTLY WORKING IN THE UNITED ARAB EMIRATES AND I AM STILL USING MY AIRTEL CONNECTION..I KEEP RECEIVING MESSAGES FROM AIRTEL THAT MY IMEI NUMBER IS NOT VALID...
        I AM USING A BRAND NEW SAMSUNG SGH-D880 DUAL SIM CARD SUPPORT PHONE SO THAT I CAN USE MY AIRTEL ROAMING AS WELL AS THE LOCAL CONNECTION HERE..MY IMEI NUMBER IS [protected] / 6 AND [protected] / 5 (since it supports 2 sim cards)..I HAVE CONFIRMED THE IMEI TO BE 100% VALID..

          I am staying in Naval Base, Kochi and I have two airtel connections (one post paid and one pre paid). The signals are being received from Airtel tower fitted in Sanjivani which is also located at Naval Base. There were no problems of connectivity and full signals were being received. However, during last one month there is poor signals inside the house and some time no connectivity. Since there was full connectivity inside the house before one month, I had activated GPRS for internet and already subscribed for a period of one year in advance in my post paid connection. But now due to poor signals receiptions I am not able to avail the internet facility for which I have made advance payment. Most of the time now I have to go out of my house to make / receive the calls.

          Suggestion:- Kindly increase the signal range for proper connectivity

          Airtel — Airtel--No range or Poor range

          In Vishrambag area of sangli, there is saraswati nagar area. There is no range of airtel at all there..Initially there was no such problem but now a days from almost 3 months all the people who have airtel are facing such issue.

          Please take the prompt action.

          This complaint is from MES RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX, VAYU VIHAR, AIRFORCE STATION, PULAYANARKOTTA, THURUVACAL PO.TRIVANDRUM 695031...
          There is entirely poor range in the above mentioned area..so many complaints have being forwarded to the coustomer care but there is no action from there side..this is a defence area and people cant call to there far native place.all of here are having airtel connections..outside our house/quaters we get a little bit range in that also there is interuption...we cant stay always out of our house..i am using sony erricsson k550i handset, all other network have full range here...Airtel tower is only 2km away, but then also they cant do anything.if still there is no action from the respective authority we are planning to cancel the connection...5 or 6 times we have forwarded the complaint...we are ashamed to tell that there is no response...
          atleast now please please make nesasary action thinking that each and every coustomer is important...thankyou..JAIHIND.
          Sir, this is regarding..the lack of..or rather of no..range in Kozhikode corporation..., all the other major players are having range in the area..and it disturbing..for a user ..This have already created lot of terrorists..for the service..and people like me who were airtel brand apostles are seriously considering ...changing my service.I dont understand what is preventing the company from providing service in the city properly when it is able to provide service 30 km away from city..

              My customer ID of Airtel Digital TV is [protected]. I had logged a complain no 1439718 regarding all my services has been blocked on Friday 6th 2:30 PM. When I had called the customer care they told me that this has happened because of wrong billing on their behalf. It has been almost 32 hours since this complain has been logged but my services has not been restored as yet which had to restore by 16:30 today. And mow they are asking for 1 more day to rectify.
              And backend team is not even willing to talk to me.

My Airtel Digital TV ID is [protected] ..Request No. is 11226171 and happy Code No. is 470... we r not getting the proper broadcasting..the broadcasting is intrrupted the screen gets blank again and again.... but after swtching off and then on it starts again but for sometime.. i have complained many times but not getting any proper reply

                conection has been deactivated, i think so??????

                In the month of Aug 2009, I have purchased the Airtel Sim from Bokaro Retail Shop(Heena Collection).i submitted the following documents...
                1) Copy of a Passport.
                2) Copy of Driving L ID Card.
                3) Two Passport Photo's.

                The connection got active with 2 hrs. I have recharged with 222/---, 111/---, 30/--- in two months. After two month when i was out of station ( in Vellore), unable to make O/G & I/C calls even on Customer Care No..121/[protected].

                Two Day before I got a call from this no: [protected] but unable to received this call, due to roaming . Plz look out this matter & unbarred this no. asap

                  Hello Manager DTH,
                  I am a Airtel customer with user ID [protected] residing in HSR layout, Bangalore.
                  On 20th Augest’09, Friday morning around 9.45 my DTH got installed by the technician called Govind Raj. Since the day my DTH got installed I was facing problems with the setup box. I filed compliant for the same. I paid 2600 Rs to take the connection it is 1year package called south value pack.
                  I have been facing problem with the setup box since it is been installed on 20/08/09. I did put the complaint with the customer care people every other day.
                  On 26/08/09 your technical guy called Mahesh ( [protected]) called me and told me that he will be coming to my house I was waiting for him but he did not turned up.
                  Since that is working day for me I went to home by taking special permission. I waited for him. I called on his mobile but nobody lifted the phone.
                  On 27/08/09 He lifted the phone and said that he would be coming.
                  On 28/08/09 one of your technical guy came see the setup box and he said that there is problem with the setup box and needs replacement. He said that he will come next day replace it but he did not turned up. I put compliant for the same again. But no body turned up and issue is still there.
                  On sep5th’09 I called at least 6 times and customer care people (Rajesh,Sudha,-, Naveen,Balaji) picked the call .They did hear the complaint and nobody gave me correct solution they were just disconnecting my call after hearing the problem.
                  After taking this connection every week end I was waiting for the technical guy at my home only with out spending my time for some useful work since they were promised me they will come.
                  I also made so many calls to local DTH technical guy. But he did not lift the phone.

                  On 19 sep setup box is replaced ( by the technical guy called Chiranjevi). Pixelation problem was resolved but I could not operate the remote . I informed the same to the technical guy who replaced the setup and box , to the customer care guys and send mails to dthnodal.[protected]@airtel.in , [protected]@bharti.com ( That remote problem is still not resolved).
                  On 22nd I got a call and asked me whether the issue is resolved or not.
                  Again I explained every thing . Then on 23rd again Chirajevi visited my place and he conformed that setup box had problem and it needed to be replaced. On 24 I send mail to the Nodal officer on present status of the issue.
                  On 26th sep morning 9am I got a call form Sumanth ([protected] ) who is technical guy of DTH and said that he will be coming to my place by 11 am and asked me wait at home. I was waiting for him with out going any where but he did not turned up. Since he called from his office I called back to the same number to check about him.After making calls for three times I got his mobile number from Chandrica who attended my call. I called him up and enquired he said he will be coming in the evening. Evening also I waited for him he did not turned up.
                  This is not first time I am waiting this technical guy at my home. After taking this DTH almost every week end I was waiting them. They are not professional and punctual.
                  The complaint numbers for the complaints I booked are as follows(I don't remember all of them. whatever I have I am listing below):
                  997065, 10112006, 1013996, 1016828, 1025301, 1030189, 1078840, 1099057, 1106728, 20111551, 20440563, 21594419, 24467972, 24219432.
                  I have bunch of mails with me which I exchanged with your Nodel officer( dthnodal.[protected]@airtel.in ) , ( dthnodal.[protected]@airtel.in ).
                  I want compensation for the time I wasted because of the bad services from customer care and technical department. Also, I want compensation for the unprofessional behavior from your representatives. In total, I expect an amount of 25,000 INR as compensation.
                  Please settle this issue with in 30 days of receipt of this letter. Or else I will be forced to file a complaint with the Consumer Court as I am protected under the Consumer Protection Act of 1986.

                  The consumer complaint will be at your cost and expenses, and I will be seeking compensation for the mental agony caused due to airtel DTH's deficiency in services.

                  I am Airtel digital TV customer with ID [protected] residing in peenya 2nd stage, Bangalore.
                  On 25th January 10 I recharged for 250rs and I waited for 2 hour and then I called your customer care [protected] as shown on the Tv screen 1 drowsy guy Mehboob/mohommed took the call around 9.pm to 10 pm he greeted with sleepy mood and said “hello I am not able to hear you disconnected the call” he dint even gave chance to speak even though I was on call he banged it.Thatz fine I dialed again I donot remember the name of the call taker he greeted gentely and asked me the issue he asked me are you having 2 set top boxes on your name I really no idea why they are asking this question whenever I reach customer care, I explained him I donot have 2 STB I have only1 kindly update this to your records and never ask me this question again as always I use to say this to them he said ok and asked me error message, I told him that I am getting “error code 6 kindly recharge”, he placed me on hold for 10 minuts he never turned up and disconnected by him.

                  26th of January
                  I called up the same number again 1 lady called Geetha took the call I explained her about the problem start from the scratch I told her the call got disconnected she said oh is it plz wait I will check with my senior without asking my permission she placed me on hold for 10 min I waited and was expecting some solution from her and she removed the mute and she was telling to her colleague in Telugu language” inka linelo unnadu” and again call disconnected from her, that means they place me on hold just to skip the call not to get any information. I concluded that day how the airtel system work on it.i just decided to take off the connection after this month.

                  27th I called up they gave 1 service number ****** and asked me to wait for next day evening I asked the reason they said we cannot do anything on it, it is pending with the backend team, I thought ok he is giving at least a valid reason.

                  28th I called up it was again pending with backend team, fine at last I got 1 call from shashi he said he will take care I trusted him bcz there is no other way left for me, he said the same story that I have 2 stb then again I explained him the whole story, he assured me I will get it done today. I took half day leave and waited no call from him I called up twice he again said it is pending with call center people they need to activate.

                  29th same old story call up customer care asked them to escalate they will place on hold and disconnect, some people say wait for 45 min I refreshed it but they don’t know I waited for ages.

                  30th finally I called up customer care 1 guy called suresh I believe he transferred the call to Nirmala she said will be doing higher refreshment wait for 45 min ok I waited for 2 hours I called up shashi he said he will be sending person, that person called me after 2 hours took my address and my cousin number, because I was at office on that time. I called my cousin from long way to my place he waited for 4 good hours no call to his mobile finally I called up shashi he said he will be sending another person.

                  NOW I DON’T WANT TO CALL UP ANY NUMBER to DISTURB YOU AND GET DISTURBED BY YOU PEOPLE, IF YOU REALLY KNOW THE MEANING OF CUSTOMER SATISFECTION AND SLA FOR ANY RESOLUTION,
                  FIX THIS ISSUE AT THE EARLIEST, I REALLY HAVE NO PATIENCE TO CONTINUE THIS, ALSO NOT INTERESTED IN IT any more.

                  CONCERNS:

                  1, Fix the issue channels are not coming.
                  2, amount is deducted from the account since 25th to till date for nothing
                  3, Validity is also going down.
                  4 Also I took 1 day leave for this useless work.

                  Finally I pity on other customers who have faced this kind of problem they do not know whom to escalate.
                  Kindly display your email id and escalation number also on tv screen because it will take 4 days to get the same.

                  I am also one of the sufferers of AirDTH. CustiD: [protected] (From Bangalore, 560066) . Its 4 days airtel is just doing nothing. Making one or the other excuse. Server is overloaded some techincal glitch. What the hell is overload, if it is overload you need to change your servers or should not get the request for new connection. What a crap service airtel is providing. I have not seen this type of bad service in any of the service sector. Its just worst. Only god can help DTH. Bloody **** this airtel DTH. That was the worst day of my life when i asked them to give me the connection, just collecting money without any service. From last 4 days i am listening same thing from customer care

                  After repetitive attempts to get my service proper now I am writing this comment as a frustrated customer of Airtel Digital (Customer ID [protected]). The issue started after one month of taking connection, when some of my services which was there at the initial time stopped . The services which have stopped are:-

                  (1) My Account
                  (2) Free Games
                  (3) iTV
                  (4) Some Channels.

                  Initially when i called customer care, they told me that there is some temporary problem and upgradation of services is going on and it will be resolved soon . Then on 30th March I have activated Getris game and the same amount got debited from my account balance also. But still I am not able to play that game and the same message gets displayed that you have to activate it .Respect to all these issues, I called the customer care again on 9th April for which they gave me Complain No. 2358202 and a wrong commitment again that it will be resolved in two days and Airtel will give a confirmation call also.

                  But still waiting for my problem to get resolved and confirmation call from Airtel DTH.

                  Now I have decided that unless Airtel resolves all my problems and returns my money back which they have debited for Getris game, I am not going to charge my Account .

                  If still Airtel do not resolve my problem after getting this mail, I have no option but to go to consumer court.

                    i have been using this number from about 8-9years....but recently i converted it from postpaid to prepaid (about 4 months) as i thought postpaid was more expensive.....on 31st october(saturday) i RECHARGED MY SIM with rs.64(1pc/per second) and topped up my currency with rs.1000.i had used the sim the entire day and it was very fine but i got my last call at about 10.00 pm and it got disconnected in between and later my cell showed SIM REGISTRATION FAILED....and i got back to the airtel showroom on monday and since then regularly following up with them but in no vain....the said that my card doesnt belong to AIRTEL as their system shows no details of my sim and the sim card has gone for RECYCLE.....according to their system my number shows cancelled as on 2nd september 2009 but ive got full proofs prooving calls made to my number untill 31st october..i have detailed itemised bills of different numbers of AIRTEL and VODAFONE calling me everyday...from september 2 untill 31st october...
                    i am a businessman and i recieve much more than 125-150 calls a day.....so my old number is very important....this has caused in a damage in my image.....
                    because of a SOFTWARE PROBLEM (probably 1pc/per second rate plan) of AIRTEL i cannot loose my number....and also the rs.1000 i recharged for on the last day...my last balance was around rs. 970...
                    I REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY HELP ME AND GET MY NUMBER BACK......

                    i have seen atleast 15 people come in for the same complain for the last 3 times ive been to the airtel showroom
                    my prepaid number also got cancelled so i changed to new number of tata docomo... docomo is very cheap but low network.
                    Airtel doesnt care for its prepaid customers and only supports postpaid customers.
                    something similar happened to my airtel number and it got registration failed, but i went and got it done but with a lot of running around...very bad customer support...

                    the number [protected] is a very old number of Tarun and it is very wrong on airtels side to disconnect the phone number without any valid reason.this is india so we cannot "SUE" the Airtel company...otherwise if it was America, Airtel could be sued for millions...

                    A little lengthy message, please read how I solved this problem for myself

                    My prepaid SIM got deactivated for some unknown reason. When I call customer care, pity that they dont know anything and simply the say "number recycled because you didnt submit the documents. we cannot help" and If i ask more questions, they will disconnect.

                    I went to Airtel Indira Nagar branch, sat there for 5 hours by taking one day leave at office, didnt allow them to work on any other things, did some ugly things like taking over the some documents on their table ( had to do and i am not sorry for what i have done). Finally they agreed that problem is with the backend guys who failed to update the documents and agreed to solve the problem and it got rectified in a day. They gave me a new SIM with the old number and all my previous balance was transferred back.

                    I saw nearly 20-30 guys coming in 1-2 hours with the same problem, some of them quietly took a new number, some of them scolded them and left the place.My sincere suggestion to everyone here is, please dont take this easy. We call them, scold them and after 2-3 times we simply leave the issue and move on. Spend sometime and torture them to get your money (prepaid balance) and the SIM. Trust me, it worked for me and it works for you also.

                    If 10000 SIMs having a prepaid balance of Rs200 gets recycled, airtel earns Rs.2000000. Please dont take this easy.

                    7-8 yrs initially as a post paid connection & now as a prepaid.
                    Due to my job demand i keep travelling abroad frequently, due to
                    which im unable to utitlize my no for calls until my return.

                    Recently i got a mesg asking to submit my docs as per
                    govt.requirement, which i did at Jayanagar 3rd block airtel connect
                    in past days with my photos/docs.To my disgrace i see my number is
                    been disconected past 2-3 days, when i called up cust.cr they kindly
                    inform me that as i dint use past months so its been disconected.

                    As a loyal customer with Airtel past years, I have been always
                    admiring the servies and assitance which made me take up other
                    connections (i.e Broadband & landline)infact as i was very much
                    convinced with airtel services, i recommended my fellow colleagues
                    and other family members to adopt airtel connections which we all
                    running today, You can understand, the kind of relationship i must be
                    dealing with airtel past years, to make this topic short, I request
                    with most humbleness to grant me my aforesaid mobile connection
                    with same services to continue further and assure u o[censored]tilising
                    its services going forward and not keep it dormant.

                        the guy who blocked my sim informed me that i blocked ur sim thru airtel office do whatever u want.this is how ur airtel people does the wrong thing.
                        my call was blocked on 5th og nov at 7.30 to 6th nov 12 noon.so u r responsible for this .as i am serving in defence i have to lodge a complaint through court.so please take necessary action plz.

                          I would like to file a complaint against Bharti Airtel Ltd for misbehaving & harassment for the following matter :


                          I filed a request to Airtel for Installation of IPTV under Airtel Dsl connection no.[protected]user id : [protected]_dsl) on November 1,2009.and completed all paper work and formalities required by them .and the sales executive have given the assurance that IPTV will be installed in 3 days. and he had given assurance that mine modem will be replaced with new wi-fi one. so i had agreed and give them the amount they demanded and on 4th November 2009,ILL make the call to 121 to inquire about the status and they replied me its under process and then i hang up the call then on another day that is on 5th November 2009 i again make a call on 121 and make request to the executive to transfer the call in retention department so he do the needful and transfer call to retention department where i had conversation with Mr DEEPAK MARAN .he very rudely told me to get my connection disconnected . he just told me that he cant help me and talk to me as if obliging me . He also told me to go to consumer court or anywhere i wish to.I later send many complaint mails also but no result. they did not even bother to reply. Frustrated i made a call to customer care saying that i don't want IPTV connection any more. This company has crossed all limits. Their behavior is unimaginably rude ! They don't have any talking sense even leave apart ethics. I have been so harrased during last 7 days that i cant explain.

                          You are requested to file a complaint against Bharti Airtel Ltd. Delhi circle & send me the form for dragging them to Honorable Consumer Court !

                            I am a proud customer of Bharti Telecom Limited with my mobile no [protected] in Jammu and Kashmir region. But, the problem I am facing is that the services of my connection was disonnected by the company without any reason. when i tried to contact the customer care they told me that due to the failure to deposit my documents the company has disconnected the service. i want to mention here that i have deposited my documents ( copy fo passport, voter id, licence and pan card) to the companyt twice this year only in march and in june, inspite of this my service was disconnected when i was out of jammu. As i am in kashmir, so i tried to contact the airtel officials here, but their reply was that my sim will be activated only from jammu only. i humbly request the airtel to please activate the connection considering the validity which was to be expired on 28th of jan,2010. No doubt the goverment has ordered the closing of prepaid connection in jammu and kashmir, and no renew of the new connections, as my validity was to expire on jan 28th 2010, so my connection should continue till that date.I feel dejected when i knew that after depositing geniune documens like passport, votor id, licence and pan card my connection was snatched.This gives me an impression that either the company doesn’t care for the customers like me or there is no reason other than that. I humble request you that please activate this facility to my mobile no. so that I might not feel dejected and continue to be a customer of the ultimate brand as.

                            Airtel — disconnected my service without any reason

                            me and my brother were using airtel connections,but due to any reason i qurraled with my brother ,i didn't pay his bill,on the other hand i paid my bill continutly after three months they deactivate my service because our address was same.so what should i do
                            I am using my airtel No. [protected] sin three years non stop. Suddenly 30th September eve 6:30pm my SIM was invalid in my mobile. I even don't know why it has been done.                               with reference to my mobile no.[protected] ,I am being wrongly charged for the services I did not use .My complain is as follows
                              I am a bussiness man having very old retaions with Airtel.For the purpose of bussiness I have to travel a lot and some times abroad too.Whenever I go abroad I always request Airtel to suspend my Blackberry services ,being very expensive while roaming abroad. But I request to resume services as I return back to India. But This time when I had to go to USA on 23rd September2009,I sent an email request to suspend my Black berry services as per procedure ON 21ST september2009 and I received immediate automated response of receiving my mail too.I received one more mail from Airtel confirming suspension of my account as per my request on 30th sep2009 with an apology for responding late . I returned to India on 3rd of Oct 09 and requested Airtel on customer care number to resume my services .During the period of stay in USA my blackberry services remain suspended and I never received any email in my account.But for that period Airtel has sent me a bill for Rs.2909.57 as blackberry usage charges while roaming.
                              Sir I am not aware how they can charge me for the services I didn't use ?Since I received the bill, I am running from every poll to piller in AIR TEL from customer care to nodal officer but nobody is helping me for my grivences.
                              After so many emails and calls now they are offering me a discount of Rs.1000/- which is totally injustified in my opinion.
                              Please help and guide me .

                              Airtel Blackberry services — Sudden stopping Blackberry services

                              Hi,
                              My Blackberry services for number [protected] has been stopped since 7th Aug 11:07 AM onwards.

                              I am currently in roaming and unable to get the important official mails on my cell, due to which company business is impacted.

                              This is repeated issue and happening every time whenever I am moving out of Punjab.

                              Please justify the reason and let me know what action has been taken to resolve the issue ?

                              I may be approaching for alternative options on this issue , in case not being justified.

                              Airtel — Blackberry different charges

                              Hi,

                              Hope this mail reaches the right person.

                              Am writing this mail, after being disgusted by Airtel's service provided to its privileged customers.

                              Post-paid connection is a commitment that a person makes to the service provider, in faith that he/she would be recipient of good cellular service.

                              The current rate difference for external service such as Blackberry services, prepaid customers benefit from, just paying 399 for the same service which post paid connections are demanded to pay 599.

                              I need to know the reason for such a difference, and why would any service provider would want to annoy its customers by creating such a rift.

                              Well do you guys, want us to shift to prepaid connection, which would make us ever so easy to shift to other service providers or do you jst dont like your retainer customers and dont mind loosing them to your competition.

                              Having done my research, BSNL/Loop and some other service providers do understand and respect their customers by presenting them blackberry plans at 399 or lesser.

                              Guess its time to say adios. Will soon complete the formalities to shift to other network.

                              Am also sharing this letter across social media's, blogs and complaints to garner their attention.

                              Thanks Airtel, You do know how to loose a customer.

                                  We are using several data card for our institute, whereas during the course of billing either Billing department or their courier agencies fail to delivered bill of Follwing Nos.[protected] and [protected] till today despite of several time request from Customer care services.
                                  through this massage I again request to provide me the copy of above bills so that our Institute may be release payment accordingly.

                                    Dear Friends,

                                    Last month I have purchased some vouchers for activating Airtel DTH on my television. Have purchased the packs from airtel's website.

                                    Inspite of several remiders on connection was installed.

                                    After 3 weeks when we requested then to cancel our earlier request for activation, they mention they refund cannot be processed as the vocuhers have been purchased from a dealer. They mention that my dealer was VRITI INFOCOM, Delhi. Have written several emails to Vriti Infocom, without any feedback from them.

                                    This was not expected from an world class orgainsation like AIRTEL.

                                    I do not know how can I recover my money.

                                    i completely agree that AIRTEL service is worst in the busines, that is coz there are some irresponsible Airtel DTH officers who are not ready to take the ownership.


                                    in short don't go for AIRTEL DTH.

                                      I wish to cancel my postpaid connection with Airtel.

                                      I don't see any forms to send this request, though when i spoke to customer care at 121, was directed to this link.
                                      Please cancel my connection immediately. As i am being transfered out from pulwama (J&K). with immediate effect. As on today i have cleared my all outstanding bill at Hyderabad.
