[Resolved] Airtel IPTV Connection — Airtel IPTV connection not shifted to my new Residence | |
I bought IPTV connection on Airtel existing plan 999 PM (Landline + Internet) after paying one time charges INR 3999. When I bought IPTV got assurance from Airtel Sales representative that the entire connect may shifted to another location. When I moved my residence from Noida to Indirapuram, Ghaziabad and raised request for shifting my connection it got shifted only Broadband and Landline but not IPTV connection. I am following up with Airtel and logged many interactions on the same issue. I have shifted my residence on 1st January 2010 and my above tow service got shifted on 16th January 2010. After my chase and at least 50 calls to Airtel now they said that IPTV will be activated by 1sr Feb 2010. During this period I was disturbed as there were many calls from my side and nobody form Airtel is able to give me correct information on shifting the connection. Hi,
Again I got a call from Airtel asking about outstanding bills for last two months. I have told that you have my 3999 for IPTV instalation (3000/ Security and 999 as instalation charges). I have requested to them to settle my outstanding with security and close the account if they are not willing to shift IPTV connection. She (Aritel) said that your dues can be settle with 50% outstanding and will send you NOC and closeure of account certificate and security will be refunded on later but this will not be mentioned on NOC.
I need NOC along with confirmation that Security will be refunded with a time frame. The Airtel represnetative was not ready to listen and thretend to me that they will put my name in defaulters list.
