[Resolved] Airtel IPTV Connection — Connection not working and billing dispute | |||
Ref to my last complaint dated 24th July regarding : Contact no.[protected]., A/c no. [protected]. Airtel still unable to resolve my queries and share the solution: Queries : 1) Connection was not working for 35+ days + now disconnected from last 2-3weeks due to billing discrepancies. 2) What are the next steps, solutions and when and how are you intending to activate our connection. 3) Billing disputes due to above points is now for more then two months. 4) How much more time will be required to resolve this. 5) Airtel team not even responding mails... 121 is not of any use for us as landline been disconnected. 6) Seems consumer complaints on such forums also doest help against Airtel. AirTel — new connection not functioning
New post-paid connection activated lately, [protected], functioned for 2 days. Post activation, got a call from airtel service centre quoting dolphin bill as address proof won't do. Meanwhile, Airtel comfortably suspended incoming and outgoing facility. Submitted address proof, been close to 2 days, still connection isn't functioning, be it incoming or outgoing.Sorry, customer sensitivity is clearly missing!
AirTel — CONNECTION NOT WORKING FROM A MONTH
My Landline No. is[protected]. I had making complaints from One Month and I got no response from Airtel .Due to This My Work is Fully Disturbed.I just received one phone call from airtel next day asking me what the problem was and they said they will fix it. No one has visited my place to check where the problem is and I have not received anything further from Airtel. This is really pethatic. I want to discontinue with the services and want to take a Legal Action42%

AirTel — Connection is not working
Myself alok Goyal has converted my Airtel postpaid connection into airtel prepaid connection from their authorized representative M/s. The Radius, SCO.51-52, Sector-8C, Chandigarh on dated 22.06.2009. Since that day my connection is now working. I have contacted M/s. The Radius serval times. Earlier they were saying that they require my residence proof and photograph which i have submitted to them three times.Now they people don't want to pick up my phone. Even I tried at their customer care, they people say to contact M/s. The Radius. I am getting huge personal and business loss due to non-functioning of my this mobile phone.
