Airtel IPTV Connection — no connection provided over 1 month and account is debited | |||
Dear Sir, I have enrolled for airtel ip tv connection with braodband ,plan -iptv 1099 on[protected] from my residence 914a,Gaur green vista,nyay khand-1 ,indirapuram,ghaziabad,Customer Enrollement form-2832701.I have one fixed line [protected] with broadband connection .The guy's name who took details is vikas,contact no-[protected],he promised that connection will be done in 3-5 working days and it will be a new connection ,also exsisting will be disconnected once the new line will start,but there was no connection till[protected],i had several done follow ups @121 and 198 during this time.also vikas didnt respond to my calls and at times he switch off his phone. On[protected] one guy came for connection and he has put the cable and disconnected my exsisting connection,later he said that he hasnt got customer id so he wudnt be able to put the set up box n wifi.then we have to scold him to activate the exsisting line. On[protected] again i called 121 ,i spoke to supervisor then he gave me my account id-[protected] with new number-[protected], and he said that there is some problem in activating BB connection but will be done in 72 hours.now on same day my account is debited with RS-1750 cheque no -icici bank-215426 Current status is my account is debited ,but still i dont have any response from airtel for connection and its 4th week now ,as promised connection to be done in 3-5 days. I want to know when i already have BB connection working then what is the reason for so much of delay.I want airtel to compensate me for false promises,agony and no proper services. Airtel — IP TV- Promised services not provided
Hi,I got the IP TV connection for Airtel on 18th April attarcted by their online features like Pizza ordering, and online bill viewing functionality. These features did not work as my IP TV was installed. The Installation Pesonnel told me that such services are activated within 48 Hrs. Its been about 40 Days but the services are not activated. even after logging a number of calls with airtel, their resposne is that our team is working on it. I feel like cheated for being sold features which the company does not ahve the capability to provide.
I would like a refund for all the money that I have paid for the IP TV connection. I do not trust Airtel capability in thsi area and services anymore
