[Resolved] Airtel Iptv — IPTV not working again | |||
I am back after 16 months now with the same issue. This time again my IPTV connection has stopped working and now I realize that Airtel still stands at the same place where they were about 2 years back. Nothing has changed here. First ticket was raised on 11th May[protected] and as i expected with my previous experience's with Airtel, ticket was closed without any notification (very frustrating). Anyhow, second ticket was raised again on 18th May[protected] and still Open. Luckily this time I am getting an SMS everyday which keeps revising the TAT of the ticket. Something I ended up last time, I will have to pay complete rental (999 INR + Taxes) for this month, wherein services are already not working for almost 10 days now. iptv — Not Working
I have IPTV installed at my residence C-7/186 SDA, Hauz Khas since Mid Feb 2007. It has not been working properly for last 15 days . I have made several complaints but no body listen.I will be happy if they remove the services if they can not serve.

Regarding iptv i have a complaint.Sir from 19 of march my iptv is not working.And your executive are telling that we are sending our techinician but still they dont send any techinician to my home.I talked to mr Pradeep rathi 3times in this period.He the way he talked to me like iam his servant.So on this behavoiur i would like register a complaint and also iam going to consumer court today and file complaint against your irresponible thing what u have done to me.So, please dissconnect my IPTV as soon as possible and give me my security deposit amount or please solve this today itself.My no. is 29565742.AirTel — IPTV Not Working
Dear Sir/Madam,This is a gentle reminder regarding my problem, from past two days my Airtel iPTV was not at all working. I have submitted my complaint two times (Complaint # are[protected] &[protected]. One of corrospondent came from Airtel he informed us that they have disconnected our service by mistake.
As far as I know that Airtel is known for its brand value and I don't expect this kind of service at all.
Request you to kindly advise in this matter as soon as possible.

Airtel IP TV — Not Working
I've logged a complaint regarding my IP TV not working on 5th June 2011. Today is 1th July 2011, even after more than a month, they are unable to resolve the issue.AirTel — IPTV
HiI am lodging my complaint against Airtel; services are so bad that I regret it now about taking this IPTV connection.
While taking the connection I requested to add top up package of ESPN, Star Sports, Star Cricket but its more than a 50 days now and still those channels are not added. Every time I speak to them I will be given a reference number and assurances that it will be taken care in next 48 hours, but as expected nothing got resolved. Last time reference number was given to me on 26 July[protected] and its more than 20 days now since 26th July. In between I have inquired them on phone but no result.
I would be grateful if you can raise my concern to Airtel. My account number is 16605112.
