[Resolved] Airtel — Unauthorised deduction of balance by forced subscription to Desi Tadka (VAS) | |||
There has been regular deduction of Rs1/day from the subscribers of Airtel in Jharkhand. The amount deducted is on account of forced subscription to Value Added Service(VAS) called "Desi Tadka". The mobile numbers have been automatically subscribed to the VAS and when the services are tried to be stopped, Airtel sends a message that "You have not been subscribed to any service". So, the service cannot be unsubscribed. Also, on calling the Airtel customer care, they categorically deny any activated service or deduction. Hence, by such fraudulent business measures, Airtel has been looting lakhs of rupees per day from its consumers. We request your kindness to please look into the matter. Please remove my scheme given to me ie. 15 Rs deduction automatically on some material.
I donn give a damn and it is a request (for now before I take some serious action) to cut-off any such scheme to which I am subscibed otherwise AIRTEL India will have to bear consequences. I have taken a legal advice so please stop this automatic money deduction service or any such service and take care in the near future also.
Please consider this really serious and take action asap, otherwise within 10days u will receive notice from my advisor.
I have complained in past also, this time this is DAMN SERIOUS ISSUE.

Airtel India — forced deduction of balance
Yesterday, ie on 20th n today 21 i got sms from company that i had registered for missed call alert, jokes alert, devotional alert, n other bakwas services.Nearly 150 rs were deductedWhen i contacted them they tld .y wil v do this?
n told me that i was playing foul.They refered me as lier.Do this people hav senese to talk.Then even i got used bad words>he also threatened me reduce my balance by 150rs
they r nt even let me speak to seniors
Im a student n cant afford to looose so much amount for the services which i never use, never used n wont use
can some 1 tel me what to do?
