My name Uttam kumar S using no.[protected],I called 198 around 3pm on 21 march 2011 I refused to activate hello tunes but forcefully customercare executive has activated and my balance Rs.30 deducted.I request AIRTEL company to REFUND my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||

On 3rd March 2011 I got call at 2.10pm from No. [protected] to My no.[protected](Uttam Kumar.S).I didn't press any key after receiving call only I disconnected that call after 2.26 minutes but at 2.21pm I got message that I have Choosen My Tune and Rs.15 deducted from my Balance.So Please I request AIRTEL COMPANY to Refund my Money...

The Airtel Employees working in Infosys Technologies,Electronic City are cheating customers by saying per day 100 sms free but while I get the bill I came to know that 100 sms per month. This made me sad and I again changed to prepaid. But I request you to Refund my Amount which was deducted for Value Add Services Rs.598.94 which I need to pay to convert from Postpaid to prepaid.
