[Resolved] Airtel — mobile recharge | |||
Dear sir, I had flexi recharge on my mobile no. [protected] by Rs. 110 on dated 25.07.2011 then talk vlue Rs.105 is not credited in my main acount ,it is credted in my dedicated acount . So I can not use this value .After this I contact to customer care airtel representative said you are further recharge from some small value then this dedicated value transfered to my main acount . I am again recharge by Rs. 35 on dated 04.08.2011 , yet this talk value are not transfer to my main acont . After this customer care / Sr. officer are not given proper response. Then I am contact through mail then he replied your talk value vaild for 15 days and have expired I want from airtel they extend my valdity next 15 days on same Talk value. thanks, Prabhat Kumar Kanaujia Was this information helpful? | |||

I thushar v john with mobile no. [protected] had recharged online for a amount Rs 205/- .
Then i got a message on my mobile saying the recharge amount is not correct and my recharge was not done and my acc was deducted the above amount. then i tried calling the customer care and twice my call was disconnected with out giving a solution pl help me..
