HI I HAVE LODGED A COMPLAINT ABOUT 2 DAYS BACK REGARDING THE AIRTEL LANDLINE IS NOT WORKING TILL NOW I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY BODY TO ADDRESS MY ISSUE AS I AM RUNNING A SHOWROOM, TELEPHONE LINES HAVE BECOME REALLY IMPORTANT EVENTHOUGH AFTER REPEAT REMINDERS I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RESOLUTION FROM AIRTEL TILL NOW, IN FACT I HAVE SPOKEN TO MR.LAXMANAN ( AIRTEL REPRESENTATIVE) CONTACT #[protected] HE PROMISED THAT HE WILL COME AND RESOLVE THE ISSUE BEFORE 9.00 AM TODAY TILL NOW HE IS NOT TURNED UP HE IS NOT EVEN LIFTING CALLS VERY POOR RESPONSE FROM HIM, HE IS NOT EVEN BOTHRED TO UNDERSTAND MY PROBLEM I HOPE BY LOOKING AT THIS MAIL I SHOULD GET SOME RESOLUTIONS FROM AIRTEL.
