[Resolved] Airtel — Landline Number [protected] not closed on time | |||
Hi Team, I had Airtel connection for with a landline number [protected] till October month, I had shifted to new location on 22 October before that I had open a ticket:[protected] on[protected] with airtel to close the connection and I paid full amount on October bill. Airtel team not closed my connection till December. I have open one more ticket:[protected] on[protected] then only Airtel team closed my connection. Airtel team wives off the December month bill but still they are asking for November month bill from long time I have never used the connection from 22- October to 31- December, they why I should pay the bill? Now I have received a mail from airtel saying pay the November month bill 765 rupee by 20 April or will be a legal letter which will be initiated from Lok-Adalat. Airtel — close the service before time
Dear Sir/MademI am using my airtel no. [protected] for Mobile office (Internet) service I have recharge my mobile with Rs.399/- on dated 22/12/2009 after that my internet service is effective on 26/12/2009 that time I have received a message from airtel that was (Dear Airtel Customer. Your Mobile office pack is activated. Now you can use Unlimited Mobile Internet for nest 30 days. enjoy) I received on dated 26/12/2009. And on dated 14/01/2010 I have received an another message from airtel that was Mobile office service on your mobile will be end after 3 days for continous this service recharge your nearest retailer with Rs. 395 for further offer dial 12131 free (This Message was in Hindi) now my mobile office service is closed and I am paying to use this service from last 2 days. hence I have pass only 23 days from active my mobile office service. when I contect the custmer care then they replied we are try to do some thing in this matter

AirTel — Account or Mobile Number not closed
Dear SirI had taken CUG within my family with 4 numbers of which two were in my name, one in my fathers name and other in my mothers name. In the month of July 2009 i gave a request to close one of the number in my name and to migrate the rest numbers to prepaid. A executive visited my residence and provided me the 3 prepaid sims against cash and id proofs. Later both the numbers in my name were migrated to prepaid (including the one i have asked to close), my moms number was barred from outgoing and no action was taken on my fathers number.
A month later i received a bill for my mothers number and then i contacted the customer care to explain them the problem and they informed me to ignore the bills and we followed the same. Now its been a year where in I have received a court notice asking me to pay the outstanding bills. I escalated the issue to the nodal and appellete afficer but later they informed thet NO COMPLAINT WAS REGISTERED BY THE CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER. Later to sort out the issue I agreed to pay the outstanding amount and did pay the outstanding too but till nowthe number hasnt been closed. I have been following with applellate officers (who are said to be the highest level of escalation in airtel) from past 15 but they have not yet closed the account and issued me the No Objection Certificate. I had even scanned the copy of the bill and have sent them but even then there no residue from their end.
Hence request you to kindly advise/guide on this

Airtel — payment made in time, not recd by you.
Dear Sir,I am a subscriber of your post payment scheme for around 4-5 years, without any problem.I am very regular in the payment of my dues also & have never had to pay any penalty.Unfortunately during laast time inspite of paying in time i had to pay the penalty.Latest I have recd. a bill no.[protected] dated 9th march for my mobile no [protected] to be paid by 27th march.i have paid the same in time by chaque & also have got an entry in my bank pass bppk about the clearance of the same on 26th march.Still i have been continuously asked about the payment, you may bill me for the delay in the paymant also.You are requested to resolve the issue, do not bill me for the late payment & credit Rs.50 billed wrongly.
