[Resolved] Airtel, Maharashtra — unable to talk with customer care executive
Sir, Myself Bhushana Deshmukh, customer of Airtel ,Maharstra since from 2006. I had gone through the various type of hidden charges, till the date, applied by airtel itself, whithout any request message sent from my side . I had complained manier times, regarding this matter to airtel customer care executive officer, but it worked hardly . Now, from last 2 weeks, they might have blocked my number. So,I am unable to talk with airtel customer care executive.2 days before, I borrowed my friend's mobile & called to airtel. After talking with so many executives & wasting my friend's money, airtel still have not resolved my complaints. Executive told me to forward one massege to 121,I had proceed with the insturctions, but till today I can not talk with the executive using my number. Also, Airtel does not have the trrransparancy in calling charges in their friend's scheme. Whenever I called to my friend, whose number is in airtel friend group, airtel has deducted the money applying call rate as 60p/min, instead of 20p/min,which is 3 times more. I want my money refunded back. Please do the needful. Was this information helpful?

airtel is a pure thieves based organisation. what mr. ranga has written above can be treated as the automated response that you get after writing any complaint to any company. Please do not insult the enterprise of customer service by writing such bogus and useless messages.
To all future buyers of airtel, this is not concern on their part, it is a scheme to trap. Consider another good network like vodafone who atleast respond when sought. Airtel has prominently mentioned 198 as their toll-free complaints number and when you dial the number voila! no option to speak to any representative. What the hell am i supposed to do with stupid schemes when you are wrongfully deducting balance from my account?
Am I to keep recharging my mobile just so that you take it away through unrequested 'value-added services'?
Sincerely,
A fed-up customer of Airtel - I am switching to another network -so should you. Ditch airtel, ditch misery

Airtel Mobile — Unable to talk
I possess a prepaid airtel mobile no.[protected] and I am living in Kota (Rajasthan). My son Jaison, living in Visakhapatnam possess a prepaid airtel connection no.[protected].The problem is I could talk to him, but he could not do so from Visakhapatnam to my number.
A number of times the complaint has been lodged at Visakhapatnam airtel office, but nothing is happening for the last 4 months.
