[Resolved]  Airtel — mental harassment and misbehaving with my colleagues

This is to inform that I was charged uniformly by airtel and my cell no. [protected] was barred. Now they are continuously increasing my bill on the basis of rental though my cell phone is not working.
A number [protected] which claims to be from airtel office lucknow is calling on cell number of my relatives and friends. I dont from where they have got the contact details of my relatives and collegues. They are using abusive language and misbehaving with them. Some times they shout and even use vulgar languages with my relatives. They are constantly doing this since last two months. Being a girl i m getting calls from my relatives and they are telling me about such calls and misbehavior. This type of attitude and recovery idea is very bad on part of a big telecom circle like airtel. Though my security amount is lying with them, they are creating mental harrashment over me. Please help me and take legal action so that such type of attitude is not repeated with my colleagues further.

It is hereby request you that continuously last few weeks a airtel customer use abusive language and mentally harassed over his mobile phone to my sister. His Number is [protected]. So it is hereby requested you that please give his contact details including name and address. As far as i know, he live in kolkata. so that i take an action against him.

vharti airtel — misbehaving

Dear sir
its very sorry to state that your service provider misbehaved me while i was asking for my query.

i called your 198 number and i followed all your instructions to reach your telecaller asistance,someone (man) picked the call and i told him my problem instead of listining to my problem he was getting irritated and started shouting at me, i could not beleave such thing can haapened and from such a reputed company.one should not expect all these things form a reputed company.its really matters for your brand name.

hope anybody up in the ladder will takecare of such painful things..

I Anubhav Sharma is running a Electronic Showroom at 47/5 Yusuf Sarai,main market New Delhi-16, and i intended to have AIR TEL LAND-LINE and paid for the same as well but after 15 days of paying till date no one from the company turned up and after repeated complaints nothing is happening and my Shop's opening is getting delayed because of the same and even i am paying for ADC machine and not able to use it because AIR-TEL broadband connection is pending because of no land line .........................

Subject: Request for Redressal of Customer Grievance.


It is a painstaking submission to approach head of Airtel Mobile Services (Postpaid) and soliciting a few moments of your invaluable time addressing to redressal of my grievance.

I was suffering from airtel services from past 3 months, for that i have already registered complain and nothing happend in favour of my issue, so that I have taken decision to discontinue my previous connection ([protected]) and take another connection of Airtel which I have taken from Mr.Tahir (Airtel Executive-[protected]) sitting at HCL Comnet Sec-3,A-9 on 12th-Sep-2011 after handover of each and every document. He committed to activate new no. within 24 hours.
And after 5 days yesterday he was saying with wrong attitude that procedure is changed and you have to go for physical verification at your office on Saturday, when my office will be closed.and I was shocked if the policy has been changed then why he didnt told me on Monday,and he didnt stop me to deactivate my previous connection due to which my office work hamper so much.
I also called n. no. of times to 121 and sent mail to 121 & nodal officer,still waiting for response.
So, now it’s my final request to you to active my no. today only.
Otherwise I am going to close all my 5 family members airtel no. with legal action against Mr. Tahir and all the persons who has given wrong commitment.
