Airtel — Missing Payment

Hi I have made a payment from my Citi Credit card bill payment service for monthly bill of March 2012.
But it was never applied to the account. I had sent few emails and scanned copy of my citi credit card stmt also
to appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com(Debonila Poddar Appellate Office Bharti airtel limited ) and nodalofficer.[protected]@in.airtel.com
but no satisfactory answer was given.
I paid Rs 771/- on 28th March using Citi bank bill payment option for account no: [protected] for land line no:[protected],
