[Resolved] Airtel — Mobil bill problems ! | |||
Airtel seems to have the worst possible customer service. They have been harassing me for the past few moths and now it has increased many folds. I wish there was some other network who takes care of their customers. They activate the packs on their own and the customer care executives are hopeless. they dont know the meaning of customer service. Airtel does not seem to give any kind of training to their executives, it is so bad that you feel like breaking your head, instead of talking to them. I have to call them every month after the bill and get them to refund 100 and odd rs + taxes every single month literally. They say that the plans get activated only after I choose them, that aint the case. They choose the plans which I have to use. for example. I have a 99rs message pack and a 60 rs message pack activated for the same month. 99 rs pack was never requested by me in the first place. this is my first ever complaint kinda thingy, I am sick and tired of Airtel. after 5 years, just wish I could get a better network. Dont get cheated, talk talk till you get tired with them. they will definitely refund your money, but it is the mental stress and strain that they make you go through is unbearable. I just need a mobile that works when I turn it on and does not charge me for what I do not use.
