[Resolved]  Airtel / Mobile Connection — Extra bill/fraud & misbehave with family member's & all friends

i was using airtel postpaid no. First two months i don't have any problem about bill because bill was that i achually i used but after two month Airtel not admitted achuall bill.Airtel presentater commited me to give 1500 waver out of 4500.3000 amount is left. i just paid that amount 3000. But in next bill they not given me the waver as they commited & they also block my no. I talked about my problem with customer care & other airtel people's so many time, but they not responded me. now from last few day they are calling on my no, my father no,my all freinds no. they using abuse language,they talking with family very rudely & abuse language. some time they saying your bill is 6000 sometime thay saying 3000. But achually my bill amount is[protected] is waver amount & 357 is my usage) beacause i just used my no approx 15 or 20 days after paid bill amount 3000.

M & M Ltd — Bill Payment

I have paid Rs.500 my bill for Vodafone No [protected] through Cheque (Cheque date 6/01/2008) but u r conpany send me msg "u r cheque has been Bounce" . it is not possible b'coz in this date in my account credit have availble then why r u send this msg n why r u block my outgoing service then plz give me a reason on my email id.

Airtel / Mobile Connection — do not call

I am having mobile connection no. vide no. [protected] which is registered under (do not call) but i am getting calls regularly from Dish T.V. call centre inspite of repeated complaint from no. 91-[protected].

AirTel — misbehavior, over bill

gud evening sir,
with due respect i want to say that i am using my airtel no. [protected] from last 1 year, i am facing a lot of problems with this no. i take this no. under a postpaid plan, i face many problems during the year, last month the company charge me 1033 + service [protected]@10.36 as a internet usage for just 3 days, when i get my bill i get shocked sir, its too much for just three days, whether i dont use this internet service for downloading or etc, so i call the customer care for the solution but they dont behave properly for that, i also go to the company office the person here also dont behave properly, he behave in very ill manner, then i talked him for the convergence of the postpaid to prepaid, so he also refuse to do this, sir please find a suitable way for me..

AirTel — Issue with Airtel Connection & Billing

Hi,

I am quiet unfortunate to be a customer of Airtel. I hold a post paid
connection with Airtel. From the past 3 months i was out of country
and all of sudden airtel send some imaginary figure(as usual) to me.
Around 3000+ bill for an unused number. A representative(Vamshi) came
to my place for collection. When i told him the actual story he took
10mins and said he spoke to customer care center and as i was out of
country and never used my SIM, i can pay 1200/- and settle off the
account and continue to use the services.

Now after a week i got a call asking to pay 1800/- and my out going is
disconnected. NEVER EVER SAW such as Useless service provider.
My Billing is unnecessary getting accumulated with imaginary figures by Airtel guys. I would want to
immediately cancel my SIM. Surprisingly outgoing is barred and Mr Vamshi the fraudalent person(Airtel representative is not picking the phone). Call to Customer care center is also blocked for me. Neither i can make calls to Airtel.

Hi,

I received a call from Air tel representative to resolve the issue without knowing the problem. The rep took couple of days and have called back with interesting information that for a number which was unused and taken with me out of country, there was a bill generated with incoming and outgoing calls(Airtel to airtel & Landline calls)

Secondly i was asked to wait for one more bill generation to resolve the issue, as unless a new bill gets generated it will be difficult to resolve the issue for Airtel

Dont give me Standard auto text responses, we are looking into your query, we shall get back to you.Its been more than 10 days and my complaint is still been worked on.For the issue of 3months, iam not going to wait another 3months falling behind Airtel. Each time i raise a concern some one from Airtel will call and make me repeat the entire episode and end up saying we will call you back.
Quiet surprised the way things are looked at.

I am fed up with your service.

I am again and again saying the same thing please dont play around with customers. It is not easy to get through your customer care center. When outgoing is barred how will i call your customer care??? What does resolving means? Is resolving means closing the Complaint???

Neither iam ready to spend my time in internet to start sending mails to [protected]@in.airtel.com to repeat the whole story.

What do you mean by resolved?? Can you type your resolution in the same forum? Either ask some representative to call me and update the status.

Dear Rakesh/Airtel,

I cannot fall behind you guyz every now and then for reply, FED UP OF YOUR SERVICE.

CANCEL MY SIM AND CLOSE THE ACCOUNT. Iam disintrested to continue the service anymore.

DO REPLY BACK IN THE SAME FORUM OF THE FINAL RESOLUTION, Iam not going to call your customercare neither iam intrested to email.

If you cannot do anything, do provide the email id/contact # of your higher management, i shall talk to them and resolve the issue.
