[Resolved]  Airtel Mobile Delhi — I paid the Bill of Rs. 2000/- as per company's demand but still my phone is In P.F. status

Dear Sir/Madam

I have Airtel Post paid Mobile Connection, My No. is [protected].
I paid its all bills in time, from Last year , I observed that I am getting
exponential High bills while I am not doing that much calls and nobody except
me using this No. then I checked with Airtel Relationship centre, they said
that you activated some services for which you are getting charged.
I said that I have not activated/subscribed or requested for any other calls or
services, if there is any pls. stop it immediately, because I only use mobile
for Incoming and outgoing calls, nothing else. In March its amount was Rs. 1599/-

Since March I have been calling and contacting Customer Care for resolving the
issue and asking for activating my phone but nobody paid any heed to my
suffering, only assured me that some senior officer would call me.
But in june They asked Rs. 2700/- If I want to retain this Number.

On 22 June I got a call from Mr. Deepak, Legal Deptt.( [protected]) regarding the payment.He
Asked me to pay Rs. 2700 if I want to activate & Retain My Phone No.

I told him all my grievance and said that I am ready to do full payment but
first correct my bills and why company is charging rental for the month of
April and May while my In-coming & Out-going calls have been blocked since
March and now My phone No. also put in suspended status
.
He checked with his seniors and said Ok Company is waving -off Rs. 700/- You
just pay Rs. 2000/- and your phone would be activated withing 3-4 days. With in
Half-an-hour I reached the relationship centre I called him again and asked
him to talk to relationship officer (Ms. Suneeta Singh) regarding wave-off my bill and activating
my No. I paid Rs. 2000/- and gave him payments details like Receipt No., and
amount.

But still my phone is in Permanent Disconnected Status.

i want to share very common problems of airtel post paid mobile phone customer, airtel not send the bills regularly ( if the mobile bill not above 100/-)

dear sir,
your subscriber should be able to talk to somebody who could solve the problems.we deposited the cheque on 5.10.08 for rs 7361.62. our phone was disconnected because you only deducted rs 736.62.this caused us lot of incovinience.We had to go to drop box again to give a cheque of balance money.your customer care is only taped message. alas your collegue could send some airtel rep to get the cheque and issue receipts or dont give hopes.i dont want to hear sorry fm you.change yr working style.righr now phone is working.

sir i avinash dangal shinde and my mobile no. is [protected] and i cleared all mu dues or outstanding but your customer care executive every time regard me to about the outstanding payment is 2095.69 RS that was already cleared so please check my all account information and cleared all of thinks .

Dear Sir/Madam

More than one month has been over but till date (24/07/13)my issue has not been resolved by Airtel . I called everybody from Legal Deptt (mr. Deepak/sameer/rahul) to Airtel.[protected]@in.airtel.com (M/s Nandita/Puneet), but nobody has resolved my issue.

I am still waiting for their response...

Pls look into the matter…
