Mobile No. [protected] (Not Working) Devendra Kumar Dutt Sr No Particular Date 1 Document Collected by Mr. Sajid (Wrong SIM Delivered) for Port from MTS to Airtel 11-Apr 2 SMS by Airtel Port in will be done on 20/04/12 22.00 hrs to 00.00 Hrs 18-Apr 3 SMS by Airtel Services are Started, Incoming calls and SMS facility closed by MTS, Outgoing still working 21/4/13 at 00.15 Hrs 4 Mail at 11.00 o Clock, Service are not started even after 11 Hrs. 21-04-12 5 Complaint Registered by Airtel (Service Request No.[protected]Apr 6 Write to Nodal office (Not responded) 23-Apr 7 Write to Appellate officer 24-Apr 8 Phone received for taking complaint 9 Write to Appellate officer Responded query will resolved by 29/04/13 at 6.17 PM 25-Apr 10 Delivered me, Correct SIM by Hartron, which was punched in system against my Mobile (also not working) 27-Apr 11 Write again to Appellate officer (every time, we will give answer from 24 to 48 hrs) 30-Apr 12 No one contacted back from Airtel, Service not started Current Status FACTS 10 Years old No. Not working since 20/04/13, just because no one officer bothered to resolve query, even do not want to call back with updated status, Its a harassment, but no one is their who can take an action. Totally agree with ur complain, it happened to me on 10th Jan 2009, they promised me the sim will be activated in 2 hours but till 11th its not activated. These people are doing any proper customer care service.
