[Resolved]  Airtel Mobile Office — Internet not working on laptop

I just activated Airtel's Mobile Office. Its working in my mobile but not working on my laptop. What could it be?

Internet surfing speed is very slow between 10am to 6 pm.
I just activated Airtel's Mobile Office. Its working in my mobile but not working on my personal computer. What could it be?
whats the problem ? Please help me.

i want to activate mobile office but not receiving the settings
so please send me mobile office settingsa on my no. [protected].

namaste sir,
am using airtel mobile office(internet), when i want internet, am sending message "internet on" to 121 or 52121.after 5 minutes message come like internet activated and reduced ur balance rs.15 and u maintain rs.30.
after 23 hours message come to me like ur "internet will be de-activated in 1 hour.send internet on to 121 for active internet again". this is the process i know and using this process for 2 years.
but am use internet last at[protected]. on date[protected], am send internet on to 121, internet acive on my mobile, after 23 hours[protected]come ur internet deactivated in 1 hour.after 1 hour internet deactivated on my mobile and deactivation message also not send message for activation agian
"on[protected], at 5 pm message come to me, ur internet reguest will be registerd, and on in 3 hours, after few seconds again message come like "internet on on ur mobile and switch of[censored]r mobile and on for this service".
i just call to customer care 121, and i speak with syam, and ask with sir am not not sent message than how u active internet on, they give answer u sent message internet on on[protected]. so ur internet active will reneual till u send message internet off to 121, am ask sir this is newly introduced, he give replays no this is old process and he disconnected my call. am loss my amount rs.30 now without sent message and without using service.
am using mobile office(internet)from 2 years. i follow my process internet on to 121 on, when i want internet.
am giving comlaint on airtel customer care, they dont give answer correctly and talk irrespective and irresponsibilty, so kindly give amount rs.30. which am not use service. and give to me new process for activating internet on and internet off serive on mobile.kindly clear information give how activate and validy fo service and deactivated serice(internet).

airtel gprs is working on Nokia E61i mobile but not working on P. C. through cable. what is the reason. pl. suggest solution.
