[Resolved]  Airtel — monthly rental increased rs 99 to rs 999 without any acknowledgement

Hi Team,

Please note my airtel Number : [protected], Account Number : [protected] has been initially activated from month of Dec-12 with monthly package of Rs 99. Now, my monthly package has been changed to Rs.789 for month of May and to Rs.999 for June month. Please note that I have never asked for any such changes and both changed has been done without any prior information or acknowledgement. These changes have been made without my consent. Even after doing several follow up with customer care executives, none of them have been able to solve my problem.I have clearly asked for to generate fresh bill with Rs.99 monthly package several times, which airtel has failed to provide me with till date.

This is also the reason I am not doing any kind of payment. I request you to please clear my issue asap. I also request you to please accept my disconnection request with this as airtel has given me much of mental agony and harassment which I don't want in my day to day life anymore. Pls be prompt atleast this time.

AirTel — rental

Airtel has been deducting Rs.2/-everyday for my rental.is this the new charge ?(which i doubt) or is this company cheating?Kindly look into this.

AirTel — Rental Services

They are introducing some rental basis service.That services are automatically charged from customers without confirmation.Somebody are know that service but somebody dont know about that. So airtel should be stop that service definitely because peoples are cheat by that service. For an Ex- Airtel ratio, Airtel Friends Chat etc

AirTel — about rental of service

i have activated gprs service on airtel,for 200mb for 3 days &charge for this is 19 rupees,but i have been charged 38 rupees without activating it twice.

Airtel — inconvenience and mental agony

dear sir,
i am having airtel post paid connection no.[protected] since10 months and took the double delight 249/- basic plan with the bill limit of 800/- in this plan i choose my bill is generated on 18th of every month and this bill payable date is 5th of every month. I pay the bill promptly on 2nd of every month before the occurrence of the due date. Today morning i was surprises and shocked when i intended to make a call from my mobile I was unable get the call and with an intimation that " the outgoing call facility on this number is not available for details please contact customer care".
when I intended to contact the customer care a computerized announcement " the outgoing call facility on this number is not available for details please contact customer care".

I want to know why my outgoing calls are barred with out any prior intimation to me and with out any dues from my side.

I want to know when the un-bill usage amount is just Rs.545/- how my outgoing calls are barred as my limit is for Rs.800/-

even i made request to the service center to extend my limit to 1200/- the did not respond to my request and bluntly told me that " If want to resume your outgoing services you must have to pay the august bill of Rs.754/- which is payable on or before 5th sept 2011 then only we will resume your outgoing call services.

In this situation why I should pay next month due date bill in the month of August Itself.

Due to your mistake , negligence, lack of knowledge about the services i suffered a lot of mental agony even to contact your customer care also i have to depend on the other person mobile

the other defect from your company services is that messages, net services were also barred along with my outgoing calls.
I want to know what is your action on that and your action constitutes a deficiency of services and I want to know when you will resume my outgoing calls
kindly resume my outgoing services on this number [protected] with out interruption immediately . do the needful thing in this matter

i'm just fed up with your service. once airtel called me and said that he will check upon this and resolve my prob that time i thought that you must be take some action on this. but alas no use. after 6-7 one airtel executive called me and said that my monthly rental has been increased in apl 30th. i denied upon that i have never received any call for this, how can i choose for my 999 monthly rental for my 200-300 rs uses.may be it could be mistaken from your side, it could be possible some of the employee type 999 instead of 99 and becomes a big issue. Airtel company can check on this and resolve it very easily. airtel executive lying to me. i said him to send me that record ( may be call record which i have made for requesting plan or msg request no.)
on this he said that i have to go to police and make a fir on this, he is not gonna take any action. airtel is issuing me another bill after so many complaints even they are not giving me any complaint no. also. i can never followup for my last complaint because of this. all the time i have to raise a new complaint and funny things is that after listening my complaint they put me for hold and disconnect it after 10 min. once i asked to costumer care to tell me request no.if any request for plan change. but he said there is no data for plan change request. it shows very clearly that i have never request for plan change.
what type of service airtel company giving to its consumer. instead of resolving problem they are saying to go with legal action. than fine i'll go to file in consumer court for mental harassment.
after so many follow ups, i got a call fromm airtel executive. I'm totally frustrated with airtel, airtel's executive called and fixed the date and time for today (7th oct- 11am) so that my mother can listen the call recording... when my mother reached there nobody entertain her for 20 min. after 30 min manager ajay pal singh told his executive sahil to play the recording. Mr. Ajay went from office after this. my sahil mother waited there for 2 hours more but Mr. sahil said he couldn't play the recording as outlet's speaker is not working... my mother had to come back.
my question is what's that mean to call and ask to come if they cant play the recording.
why they let waited my mom for 2 hour if speakers was not working, they could clearly said it before that you can go back to home.
nobody is ready to talk pleasantly they are behaving so rude.

now airtel is giving as mental and physical pressure.
