but i must say i didn't get any call or SMS on my Mobile no. regarding this .

Airtel SIM card not working in AbuDhabi - UAE
I am an NRI working in Abudhabi . Mand Mobile phone no is +91- [protected] ( Muzaffar pur BIHAR ).
It is not working ( No coverage - When i m trying to connect with Local Service provider Etisalat its shows no access ).
I simply request you to look into the matter and provide a satisfactory service to NRI customers which is lacking badly with Airtel as of now. Kindly let me know the status of my SIM card and advice accordingly how to keep Airtel SIM with me for further use in India or UAE without any pain.
and Activate it in UAE as soon as possible .

AirTel — sim card is not worked
Date: 06/07/09Dear Sir,
I have life time simcard (jodi card) of airtel with no.[protected]. Yesterday I put this sim to my mobile set, but it shows inactive. When I call at your call center, they told that my number is given to another person & my number is cancelled.
I shocked with your this type of irresponsible work because my card was life time, & I paid Rs. 1000/- for it & my balance was about Rs.200/- how you have cancelled & transfer the my life time cared without my permission in those days of where terrorists attacks are happened. I am really suffering from your this type of service, not only financially but also mentally.
My request you to please return my card & number as early as possible with my balance.
