respected sir,

i am employee of the carporates company , my name is manoj kulkarni , i fed up for airtel services , am using the airtel last 5 years
my airtel numbers [protected] , am living in pune at central area i facing the problem about network problem , and am fighting with airtel last 5 month but they are not solving my problem ,

My name is Manoj Kulkarni am working with SAMSUNG as a Engineer Like a Servics Industry , 3 month ago one lady called and tell that she was calling from Airtel and given me some details regarding conversion of PriPaid to Postpaid of my Airtel no [protected], I have told her taht i am ready to convert my cell into post paid but tell her regarding the network problem in my residential area ( Wakdewadi, Shivajinagar Pune) but she given the assurity of resolution of network issue in my area with immediate effect. Then i have convert my no into post paid service. After next day i am facing the network issue in my area then i again contact to your call center & that lady for the improment of network of Airtel and they told me, we are sending technical person in your area for the resolution of network complaint but as off now nobady came and resolve the network problem.

I am paying the Post paid bills around Rs. 1000.00 per month to airtel. Now i think i am westing my money due to network problem. every day many calls receive to me & i am calling to many number but suddenly call drop. and every menuite Rs.0.50 paisa call charges added in my bill. Now i am very frusthreated from Airtel

and going to take legal action against Airtel if my problem not resolve within 5 days.

I am also want take the action aganst that lady " who have syggest & cheat me to conversion of post paid connection.

The name of that great lady is Rashmi (Swarget airtel office Pune)



I am waiting to taket the necessasy action on my issue from Airtel management and give the waiver against the bill charged to me from last 3 Month's.

    Dear sir/Madam,
    I am using airtel no.[protected] since 2.5 years. In bill of dated 21- jan-2012 there was extra amount put on me for java games. But i have not downloaded any games .Regarding this when I received the first message on 13/01/2012 (about 99 rupees charged for java games) ,
    I called to customer care( Spoke to Executive : Chetan )and told the issue that i hv not downloaded anything, and he told that game club is active on my number. So i told him to de-activate that immediately. within 24 hours it will be de-activate like that to replied. Same thing repeated for four days again , I called to c.c ( sandeep Gr.Manager ) he told that after generation of bill amount will be reduced. they never stopped that activation . After generation of bill i called On 23/01/2012 to 121 customer care and reminded them that due to the java games issue i got extra bill ( 26 ( reference no : F[protected]. Surprisingly they told that those games were downloaded by me and cannot be reduce bill.
    My average bill per month wills around 500 to 700 hundred. This month I got 1859 rupees extra for java games.
    First complaint date : 13/01/2012 , spoke to Chetan ( F[protected]
    Second complaint date : 17/01/2012 , spoke to Sandeep ( Group Manager ) (F[protected]
    I called to nodal officer SANIA and Dheeraj and told the issue but nobody is ready to believe.
    They not de-activated the game club services …..till Feb-3 , finally I only stopped my GPRS activation.
    Now airtel stopped my outgoing services.
    Till date ( 20/02/2012) I am fighting for this but there is no solution for airtel nodal officers.
    Simple they are saying that the amount is very much valid and cannot be reduced.
    Please do justice for me.

    You are the higher authority to help me.
    Please check my all complaints, when I called first time to your customer care, your people told that after the bill generation extra money will be deducted, then I waited till the generation of bill.
    Please find below complaint lists, same was not solved by your people . if this would have solved ( Java games activation deactivation ) on first day in January, my bill would not crossed 500 per month.

    First complaint date : 13/01/2012, spoke to Chetan ( F[protected]

    Second complaint date : 17/01/2012, spoke to Sandeep ( Group Manager ) (F[protected]
    Mr. .Prashanth[protected] spoken with me on 30-04/2012 and told that 2500 rupees he is going to give concession.

    Dear all ….. please understand my problem, if I was a guilty I would have paid my bill long back…!

    Today recover person came to me ( RAM ) came to me for bill, please act immediately and resolve the issue. My actual call charges not crossed 1500 rupees also.

      This is subramani from chennai,

      now a days we are facing promo calls (caller tone calls, advertisement calls) from mobile service providers, even if we registered with do not disturb registry

      Also we have complained lot of times with mobile services provider customer care.

      Those kind of calls are very irritating when we are waiting for any important calls or wailing in office meetings.

      am working in BPO and will be in night shift, when i used to sleep in day time am getting these kind of calls three to four times per day

      i would like to highlight this problem in mass media.

      Note:

      In AIRTEL / VIDEOCON am facing problem that without subscription of any auto updated messages regarding cricket and caller tones, movies details they are activating without informing us and also deducting charges for the same.


      Please support me for getting out of these problems by doing awareness programs.

        I have been a customer of airtel mobile services since last 5 years and inspite of the same I have been mistreated and abused by an Airtel Collecting agent for a bill of mere 4000k inspite of explaining the reason of non- payment.

        And to my shock , inspite of raising this to senior executive and asking only an apology note , there has not been any action.

        Details for reference:

        I was using the number : [protected] for more than a year and then considering my work assignment to Srilanka , i could not pay the bill , moresoever as there was no international roaming availaible hence I had no option but to change the number , The day I returned - I got a call from the so called " legal deptt" that I need to submit my bill , Considering working hours I informed that it would be possible only after 6:00pm , I got 5 calls between 1 to 6 :00 for reminder - which was not only disturbing but also made me feel as if I was a terrorist /culprit who would run away with 4000k . The last call I got was at 6:30 pm on the same day when I was actually going towards the Airtel Relationship Center and these were the words of the executive " If you are poor and you cannot afford tp pay then why do you buy phones,,, this is not your dads company , I will now call all your friends and tell that you are a cheater etc etc .." - this was all in Hindi with usage of abusive words like - aukat , baap ...

        This was just too much to handle after a day long in office and hence decided to go back home and lodge a formal complaint, I discussed with family and they adviced that I should just forget about it and pay the bill . Considering their advice I decided to pay the bill the next day.

        The next day - at 11:00 I got call from my mother saying that she has been abused by the same agent from airtel and the chain does not stop here , the agent had called all the most used nbumbers - my husband , inlaws, my friends... - the language used cannot even be detailed in this mail .

        At 2:00 I got a call from the same lady and the abuses started again and this time I had to tell her to hand over the phone to the senior manager ,,, which she ignored - she yelled and called me "Ghatiya", " Farebi", "Bekar", "Paise khanne vaali" for an hour and eventually with her loud voice her senior manager heard and took the phone from her..

        I narrated the story to her and told her that the bill would be paid only after apology mail amd call to all the numbers where I have been defamed for a mere amount ...There has been no call or no mail since then ..and I need an explaination on the below :

        - Reason of mental harrasment
        - Reason of defamation
        - Reason of no apology

        I am in a stable job , engineer by education and manager in a MNC by profession , hence money is not the reason of not paying the bill .. but I need to understand how do you plan to repay the mental harrasment and defamation done by a local executive....and more so the complete failure to address the issue even by a senior executive ???????

        AirTel — Defamation Charges

        Dear Sir,

        I am an airtel postpaid customer. I would like to bring to your notice that i have oberved off late whoever i speak to from my mobile have suddenly turned hostile or may i say disinterested. I am suspecting some foul play here, i believe there is some kind of defamation going on with or without the knowledge of Airtel. I use this phone for business and my business has been affected. I would like to bring this matter to your notice and would like you to investigate the matter immediately and get hold of the culprits. If this is not resolved with immediate effect i will sue airtel in consumer court for damages.

          Hi,

          This is a complaint regarding Airtel's new postpaid connection.

          I have applied for a connection on 4th Feb 2012 at the Airtel Relationship Centre, Frazer Town, Bangalore.
          I was requested to choose a number and it was [protected]. I got it from the executive named Mr. Masood and he said it will get activated in 4 hours.

          It didn't get activated for a week and then I approached them on 14th Feb 2012 and he said it is activated. But when I checked from the Hotline number in the centre, the customer care executive told me that the connection was in some Mr. Prasad's name and mistakenly allocated to me.

          Then they promised me for a new number and I chose [protected] from Ms. Nancy, seems to be the Customer Service Manager (CSM) there. I intentionally asked her, do they need to change the original SIM or it will get activated in the same SIM for which she said, it will get activated in the same within 1 hour. The next day also it didn't get activated and when inquired the other executives told that both Ms. Nancy and Mr. Masood are on leave.

          Finally when I approached them on 18th, they said that the SIM is not supporting and asked to change it for which I requested and cancelled the application.

          Now, we realised that Airtel's service (may be not in general, but with that particular outlet) is very bad and planning to move with some other service provider. Also I would not recommend my friends or relatives for a connection.

          Few complaints:

          The carelessness and disrespect shown by the executives there (esp. Mr. Masood and Ms. Nancy)
          While we have provided alternative number, why didn't they call on the very first instance and just waiting for us to voluntarily approach them
          Their less knowledge about the SIM Card on which the number can be activated or not
          After several times of requests, they told us where to log a complaint
          These complaints are not to pin-point the executives or any actions against them, but for Airtel to rectify them in future, so that, frustrations and disappointments may not occur to any other customers like me.

          Thanks anyway - a never ever again customer to Airtel.(fyi - I have been a customer of Tata Indicom and Vodafone only till now and just thought o[censored]sing Airtel due to relocation, but will never dare to use it).

              i have been a customer of airtel for the last 3 years currently i am have been undergoing an problem, i am not able to do outgoing sms for the last five days and i am have been recharged sms booster package too. in spite of being contacted the customer care many times they are just giving false statements. my complaint reference number is CLSMS[protected].                     i am facing problem regarding my broadband bill. my half yearly plan was finished on January and customer care has not informed me about this and secondly i received on bill on January and my plan was changed into monthly. than i made a complain on 8th February about two thing. firstly regarding no confirmation call from airtel about my finishing half yearly plan and secondly i was to activate half yearly plan and i made this thing clear more than 1 time. but person present in call center has register my only one complain i.e regarding confirmation call.

                      Dear sir,
                      Actually i was using some other network provider that is Idea.......but their signal strength was weak....but other people near to our locality were using airtel bcoz there was good signal strenth there....so i switched to airtel network and found good signal strength and quality.....but from three to four months the signal has decreased and sometimes there is no network......there must be something problem with the airtel tower nearby..

                      Actually my native place is SORNAD, which is located in an area called BANTWAL.(B.C ROAD).
                      So sir please do something..to gain back the signal strength...bcoz if not including me other 30 to 45 members will changing their network to some other network.......

                        I am Yogeshkumar shukla, I am using airtel cug postpaid mobile service, provided by airtel. But now I want to port out from airtel and I want to be connect with BSNL prepaid celular service, I was finished all formalities at local bsnl office and get sim card , Absnl officer told me that when your airtel service stoped your incoming and uot going facility then you insert your bsnl sim card in your mobile. but airtel provider can't stop my celular facility. I send portability message twice in one month. first I send 4th january - 12. I send sms to 1900 for my portability and paid all my rest bill. Second time I send sms at no. 1900 on 20th jan -12, and I was put an application in written at local aitel customer care, but still they didn't work out for my mobile portability. I did all formalities which airtel executive told me,

                        but in result is nothing. my mobile no. is [protected]. I am placed at Gujrat in Amreli (pin - 365601).

                        I am also recently paid my bill rs. 200.89 on 15th feb. 2012.

                        I am also write noddal officer of airtel india, and appelete officer airtel india, I

                        am also write at trai authority india, After i was send email the airtel executive contacted with telephonic talk but they do nothing today.

                        So dear sir how can I solve my problem? I am very confused about this matter.

                          The worst Telecomunication company for customer satisfaction is None other than AIRTEL. we buy leased line for internet connection in airtel they provide the 6 static ip they are 182.72.227.26 to 30 that is not working in our side we lock complain in airtel for 3 months since they didn't take any action for this.. we ask an engineer to send them on our side & solve that problem they did not response for that finally we get tension & say as i[censored] doing this way we cut the leased line connection, insted of this they say "OK you Cut the connection" This is the way of handling the costomer?
                          still our problem is not solved. whenever we call they keep hold the call its wasting our time.

                          Airtel leased line is one of the worst providers.
                          Their support team is by far the worst one can experience.
                          Horrible is an understatement

                          If you have any business critical application, pls stay away from Airtel leased line

                          Its regarding my horrible experience with Airtel. I am not sure if anyone of you would be bothered or care about what I am telling you but still I am giving it a try before calling my relationship off and discontinuing the services.

                          27th August, Called up Service Helpdesk to register my complaint of disruption in service but it was turned as according to the support executive everything was running fine and he can’t do anything. I got my Account Manager Manish but he also couldn’t do much. I continued to live with the problem

                          29th August (7:52 pm): Finally got my complaint registered (SR no.[protected] but I was again told that the problem is at my end only. I requested a tech support person from Airtel to come onsite and check but they didn’t agree to it.
                          (11:00 pm)I got a Network engineer check my network and he told that problem is at the end of Airtel. I escalated the issue to Team leader Amit who refused to take any responsibility and didn’t agree for any further help. To prove that the problem is with Airtel, I removed all the machines from the Airtel router and connected my laptop and pinged (log attached) to show that there was disruption in Airtel link and it was getting disconnected frequently.
                          (11:16 pm) I called the Group Leader Kaushik Pramanik, who assured me that he will look into the issue and call me back but there was no further response from him and didn’t pick my phone after that.
                          (11:40 pm) Called Manager Srirup Sarkar, but there was no response.
                          (11:56 pm) Called B2B Service Manager, Pooja Malhotra, but she was not available on the phone, I got to know from her husband who picked up the call to tell me that she can’t respond to the call and to send her an email.
                          Tried Tanuj Chhabra, Hitesh Narang, Niti, Vishal but no response

                          I am loosing $10 every minute due to this. Stranded in the middle of the night with no support from anyone.
                          Status at Helpdesk is that engineers are working at backend but don’t know what they are working on.

                          I am paying Rs. 1, 60, 000/- an year for 2 mbps connection which atleast 20% more than other service providers but still there is no support.

                          On the contrary rather than solving my problem I have a sales guy who is calling atleast 5 times a day to get my connection upgraded to 4 mbps otherwise I will keep facing problems.

                          I am unable to understand what options I have right now as even if I go for other service provider, it will take me at least 2-3 days. I was a big costly mistake to opt for Airtel.

                            I HAD RECD A CHQ OF MY PF ACCOUNT KN/ BN/34272/13257 FROM PF OFFICE BANGALORE WHICH WAS TRANSFER TO PF OFFICE GURGAUN ACCOUNT NO HR/GGN/10693/1860........BUT THE AMOUNT IS NOT CREDITED IN MY CURRENT PF ACCOUNT ............PLZ CHECK & DO THE NEEDFUL

                            I am unable to get my PF amount from the caption company, they are delaying the PF procedure for more than 6 month...kindly help in the fetching the PF amount...

                              BEWARE of this online fraud from Airtel. Let me share my bad experience with you all. My intensions are to educate people and reduce this mal-practice and let people save their hard earned money.

                              I had an Airtel connection and I opted for 2 more multiroom connection. I came to now that all I need to do is send a sms to 54325 and they will get back to me. This is the start of the scam or fraud. Next I got a call from claiming that they are calling from Airtel customer care and how can they help me. I didnt read the hidden words " how can you we loot you" unfortunately.

                              Anyways, my bad I opted for online money transfer and I did transferred the money on link that they provided. It looked a genuine airtel weblink for online money transaction.

                              Next day I got sms that money is trasferred into my acount. But wait a min. how come it took 24 hrs to transfer this money and more improtantly where is my rest of the money??? It was good 980/- short.

                              Till date I have no idea where is my remaining money and Airtel CC exec are conveniently sayng that somebody stole my money :( What fails me to understand that why did the theif transfered partial money!!!!!!

                              Airtel customer care number is all useless and waste of our precious time. I am not motivated to write more but my intensions are crystal clear. Educate people and make people aware: DO NOT OPT FOR AIRTEL. This company has lost its shine and there are literal educated theives in this company!!!!! If anyone needs more details feel free to send me email on uttam.[protected]@gmail.com.

                              Again I am saying..NEVER OPT FOR THIS COMPANY AND STAY AWAY FROM THESE WHITE COLOR THEIVES!!!!!!

                              BTW there are no signs of installation even though money worth one connection is present in my account. I am now moving to Tata or Dish TV. EVEN Hathway or beam-tele looks heaven today :(

                                sir, my airtel no is [protected]. I have an nokia 500. i am unable to connect in 3G mode, in 2G mode it connect, but in 3g mode it didi not connect. ihave already complain in airtel customer care but they did not help me. i have also checked other carrier like reliance, bsnl, aircel, all these easily connect in 3G mode , but only airtel 3G did not connect. so, please help me.

I have Called to Customer Care Center & Reach the Nearest Airtel Outlet in Nanded but not receive any positive answer. They have told me your Number was not in use, But i am making incoming till the 15th Feb 12 & Out going Calls & Recharge I have made in Jan 12.
                                    Saale chor hai maine pahle kai baar, balance deduction hone ki complaints ki phir tang aakar, Teen baar Porting request Bheji Porting Number to mila par kamino ne porting nahi kiya, Ab inhe pata hai ke yeh customer chodh kar port out karne ki koshish kar raha hai isi liye saalon ne.

                                      Air tel mobile company deduct my balance amt. in my prepaid mobile no. before 15day i contact to the air tel customer care and ask customer care

                                      Airtel deduct my balance again and again , i had try to call lot of time on customer care 121 and 198. but they have b een block my airtel number. Airtel customer care did not response me . i am not satisfied with his services. I SUGGEST TO EVERYONE DO NOT PURCHASE AIRTEL CONNECTION , THEY DID NOT RESPONSE. i am realy fed up. my airtel number is [protected].
                                      they deduct my balance rs-18...and they are saying that i have downloaded a internet pack.but i am 200% sure that i didnot use my phone for more than 2 hours...u know it was automatocally opened and automatically downloaded...same incident happened to me 2times, earlier...same incident, i was sleeping at night and at morning whein i woke up i saw a message stated like-u hv been charged rs-5 for downloding this pack..but for mom sake i ddnt download it and i am 100% syre about this.i dnt mind for the first 2 cases...bt today when it happened i could not resist myself from calling to customer care...the senior officer told me that he is sorry about this and he will refund my money within 4hrs...bt after 7 hrs when i ddnt get my balance back.again i call back to customer care...this time they refused to give my deducted balance back...they told me itz nt possible nd they are sure that i downloaded the pack otherwise itz nt possible.
                                      FROM LAST 3 MONTH I AM USING HELLO TUNE...THEY ALZ TELL ME.WE ARE DEDUCT 5 RUPEE ONLY BUT SUDDENLY WHEN I KNOW THEY DEDUCT...15 RUPEE EVERY MONTH...THEN I COMPLAIN BUT THEY NOT RESPONSE...BALANCT DEDUCT AND UNSAFE COMANY

                                        Hi,
                                        I am Prashant i have issue with Airtel 98/- 2GB GPRS Billing.

                                        Nov 28 2012 I have changed monthly tariff plan to 599/- from 249/- plan.
                                        Before switching to new plan I was using 98/- 2 GB GPRS plan More than a year.
                                        I clearly told Airtel executive that change only monthly rental plan donot change my 2 gb gprs plan,my monthly usage is more than 1GB and less than 2GB. She agreed to that. i got Bill on December 5 2012 my bill generation date every month 2nd (as it activated on 28 Nov 2012) it was normal bill.

                                        Next bill i received on 5Jan2012 my total bill amount was SHOCKING!!!!!!
                                        Its 9,998.47/- Rs!!!! my GPRS data usage is 1870MB Airetl is billed 9301/- for 870 mb of data usage!!
                                        when i clearly told to executive don't change 2GB pack, When my data usage is more than 1GB, if that was the case i would not have taken this plan at all.
                                        Long back GPRS issue happened i got weaver for that.

                                        I called up customer care and mailed to [protected]@airtel.in [protected]@airtel.in and nodal officer.
                                        stating that they have checked and established that the charges levied against GPRS usage are correct and valid..
                                        if that was the case why i didn't get any intimation message when i reached 70% of my data usage (One of the Airtel executive told me that we will get intimation message) i spoke with Airtel supervisor he said that kind of Intimation system is not available with us!!

                                        on 20 Jan 2012 my number [protected] (I was using this number more than 4 and half years) was deleted from the database, now it is no more exists!!my due date is on 21 Jan 2012 that to without intimating me where still billing issue is pending!!! My number is connected to so many services how come they delete my number from the database without my knowledge,they could do it after resolving my billing issue, isn't it?

                                        I got reply from airtel saying that " we regret to inform you that there is no discrepancy on your bills and the charges are valid against the usage initiated and GPRS plan opted as you have already got the discount as per the GPRS plan activated towards the account in question."
                                        I am not satisfied with the answer.
                                        My remaining questions are not answerd
                                        I got call from airtel leaguel department they said we send leagueI notice, till now I didn't get any notice copy. I
                                        don't any other way I am going to the consumer court.
