My cell no [protected] was submitted for issue of duplicate sim card and activation. The duplicate card was immediately. Activation was ensured in 6 hours but even though it is more than 15 hours it is no activated...

My cell no [protected] was submitted for issue of duplicate sim card and activation. The duplicate card was immediately. Activation was ensured in 6 hours but even though it is more than 15 hours it is no activated... Dear sir/madam,
My cell no is [protected].Airtel sim card validity has been expired on 25dec 2008 .As i was out of india for last six months i was not able to activate it and my old sim card has been lost.
please suggest me what should be done to re-issue the same no.

AirTel — my sim not activated
i had brought airtel sim on 28-4-09, i had recharged it with life time validity, 1000 message free pack.but i dint get activated, i talked to costumer care centre they told it had activated, i talked to retailer, but the retailer doesnt seem to take back the sim and give it to airtel..what shall i do?my money?plz help Namaste Mr. Chauhan,
