Sir/Madam,

This is third time i am registering this complaint.I am getting unwantedv commercial messages from Airtel for long time and i have even registered to TRAI long back.I am using this connection from 2005 onwards and still stick on to this becuase i want to maintain the connection No. I once again remind the concerned that on eve of MNP system coming soon, i have no other option other than to shift to some other service provider if the same is continued.
Hope u will conider my request for stopping unwanted messages.

Dear Team,

I had taken new AIRTEL Postpaid([protected]) connection from Madhapur branch of AIRTEL. First they charged Rs 100 for getting the so called prime number but never gave me receipt for the same.
Me being bachelor I also gave my company address for the verification purpose as requested by AIRTEL officer. After a week time my phone was disconnected because of verification issue.
I visited the AIRTEL office again and they confirmed problem will be resolved within couple of hours. In the evening I again visited the AIRTEL office when they asked me to fill the ECS form and pay
Rs 500 more as I am living in bachelor accommodation. Fortunately, I was able to make call but henceforth my mobile became more like landline in which I was not able to see the number of the caller.
I raised the concern to Customer care and even to Nodal office which was later rectified after almost 10 days after regular follow up with both customer care and Nodal office. Today once gain my mobile was disconnected due to verification issue. Once again I went to AIRTEL office and also called customer care for the help but to no avail…I am really fed up with regular follow up AIRTEL. I request the concerned authorities to kindly look into the issue so that common man is not harassed like me…

It is most unprofessionally mange company I have come to conclusion. The reason is My due date of renewal was 25th Oct 2011. Airtel send me message on my DTH Box saying if I renew connection for Six months advance rate they will offer me One month free subscription before 31st Oct 2011. Keeping faith on their words I have renew the connection on 20th Oct 2011, for the said period. As soon as money is been transfer from my account The call center Executive started me giving story that that offer is valid only if I have upgrade the package and not otherwise. When I have sent them mail saying give this me in writing they kept mum on that Thou I got call from call center twice but no mail of communication details.
I am putting this complaint here thinking your help in this as I am individual. And other people to take lesson Never Trust Airtel DTH offer. As they just don’t want to stand by their words.
Look forward for some action as they cheated me.

Top who's ever it may concern

The information provided by your Kapila Trehan airtel digital TV is not sufficient to my query I request can you explain me when I have recharge the DTH connection by paying 1100/- on 20th Oct 2011.
As per your server update my current balance on account is 1,128.09
My Monthly subscription: Rs.159.86(inclusive of tax). considering my daily burn is of Rs. 5.26 as per your server record that means I have paid money for 7 (Seven) months right??
Now my question when you promise addition 30 days free days on recharge of 6 (Six)months on your said site. Have you provided me that as I don't see after looking at the date of next renewal.
I request you please mail me the details on this Mail id. Why your executive don't like to give anything in writing?
Tell me how it is going to work. and what will be my next due date.
I am not at all satisfied with the call given on my mobile by your Executive. I will really appreciate if you can provide me your answer in writing.

Look forward to hear from you on this.

In case if portability comes in reality in case f DTH I will be first person to jump on it. Even in case if there is any competition company of Airtel Make a offer give present set to box and get new connection many Costumer like me will happily switch on that.

I just wonder how Broadcaster Ministry A Govt of India Office works as CAS is pending since long. Where every individual could have benefited to select channels at rate of Rs 5/- each Which was propose that time. Govt official and Broadcaster just don't want to make move in interest of people at large or lay man. And We can say that We are PROUD INDIAN AND AIRTEL IS THERe TO SUCK US...
Recently purchased from Airtel - Visiontek 3G dongles with airtel sim for internet usage for our office. Hopeless dongles which forget giving 3G connectivity most of the time, it does not work. Loosely fits in the USB port of the laptops. Surprised that a company like Airtel has sold such awful dongles to innocent customers. They are completely non responsive and act without responsibility; They are not ready even for an exchange tof hese hopeless dongles for the old one. Definitely need to take some action against such unscruplous companies. I will make sure every person I know does not get cheated with these deals. DO NOT BUY VISIONTEK DONGLES FROM AIRTEL. The worst service ever!!!

My Complaint no.87828150 still unresolved for Landline No.[protected]

This is to inform you Sir, that i have requested Shifting of my above Connection with the Broadband -Plan to my New Address at Agaram-Perambur on 09.08.2017 and the same was installed with the available Modem of yours at the Address on 29.08.2017 vide job no. 86805822, except the Line Connection, The Technical staff assured that my Line will be functional within a short time (say 2-3 days).
After this period of time, we have been repeatedly calling on your Customer Care Centre without any fruitful result there by causing only irritation and anguish for still holding on to your Services till this moment at this new place. When i approached your local office located at Paper Mills road, Perambur. I was told that my Complaint at the base end (Triplicane) has not updated by closing the service report after you complete the assignment and the result reads complaint is still pending for the reasons only you & your Service team knows.
Further i as an regular subscriber to your Services had enough of Problems which is beyond tolerable limit. As such if the same is likely to continue for any further period of time i may have no other option / choice than changing over to another service provider who are willing to give me a better service and prompt attention to my calls & needs. To further enlighten you, I did speak to many of your CC center staff, who could only show their sympathy to my calls and keep assuring that some technician will attend to me within hours of my each and every call. ( As you advertise yourselves as number One Service Providers in our Country, is this the way you treat your Customers. If so please withdraw your Advertisement immediately). Meanwhile i was surprised to receive a bill amount of Rs.1087.81 Paise for No Service and Connectivity active line. at my New Address. Will you please clarify me how could you send the bill when you have not provided any services, this is purely Deficiency in Service which is Constitutional right of the Citizen to have paid service only that is provided.

I think you as the HOD or a responsible citizen will surely arrange to restore my Land line immediately without any further delay and will respond to my Mail /or will call me.

I am DR SHYAMAL KUMAR BASU, Former Principal, Medical College, Kolkata & Special Secretary, Health, W.B. Applied for Mobile Number Portability from BSNL Orissa to Air tel Kolkata for No. [protected].
On reeving request, The BSNL Orissa completed all formalities including my final payment on 21 December morning. I approach Air Tel Service center at Bardhaman Road, Alipur, Kolkata ( where I went earlier to complete all initial formalities)
Air Tel Service center assured all formalities over, Your Bill plan is Post paid -199. Air Tel Seem card was handed over & Air Tel representative came for Address & Documents verification at home address (Ruchira Residency, Tower-1, Flat- 10/6, 369-Purbachal Kalitala Road, E.M.Bypass, Kolkata-700078.)
But, phone was NOT connected. The 59059 & 121 every day replying "Your Billing Plan Not uploaded" We are sorry, & I am suffering for last Seven days. Air Tel customer center sending mail repeatedly on my Billing Plan to your concerned section. But I don't know why No action taken from your end? My Voter Card N0--SCG1596931 & My Aaddhar No[protected]. As I am Doctor, I am having Professional loss. I[censored]RGENT action Not taken from your end I am to take LEGAL Action / Consumer's court against Air Tel. My other No-[protected]
I got my line started on Sep.25, 2017 after paying a sum of Rs. 5400/. The phones (Fixed line/Broadband & Mobile did not work till Oct.2017. Technicians were in & out sometimes
2, 3 times a day. The Modom had to be changed 3 times as it was bad till Oct.10, 2017. Then started the harassment of bills for non functional line. No proper bills submitted till this day. Asking me to pay every week immediate & nonsense, charging for delay when they do not sand the bill & also taxes on it.

Pl. instruct them to present to me a statement of all consumption, adjustments & payments & till then no demands.

I had purchased a postpaid family pack with primary number [protected] plus three family numbers [protected], [protected] and [protected]. At the time of subscribing, the store lady informed me that plus four connections are allowed. I, therefore, subscribed to another connection. However, the July 2020 bill was for the family pack plus an additional number.

2. When I took up with airtel, the charges for the fourth connection was deducted and I paid Rs. 1180 for the month of July 2020. For the month of August 2020, the bill has been sent as 1470/- which is plus four connections whereas I am not using the fourth connection.

3. I have posted 6 - 7 emails to [protected]@airtel.com. No reply is received from airtel. Reason which I presume is perhaps airtel has now enough customers and don't want more. I am being charged for the services which I have not availed.

4. I am also having connectivity problem at my home where signals are not enough. Further, the 4G internet is normally not working when I am out of home. At home, I am using wi fi of other service providers.

5. I hope the airtel will resolve these issues at the earliest and try to retain the existing customers.
