[Resolved] Airtel — No money credited to the account | |||
I tried to recharge my airtel prepaid number through an online web site called "justrechargeit". The amount of Rupees 500/-. was debited from my bank account and I received a notification that the recharge was successful. This was done on June 11th 2013. Till date Airtel has not been able to sort out my issue I am still unaware of where this money is? I have e-mailed Airtel numerous times with no response so far and no resolution wither. I would like this money to be credited back to my bank account or credited to my phone number as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
