[Resolved] Airtel — NOC grant issues | |||
Dear Sir/Madam This is with reference to my last complaint that i had reported at Consumer Complaints. I received a call from Mr Sumit Sharma, agreeing to get the amount of Rs 217 collected from my workplace for the sake of clearing out the outstanding dues and issuing the NOC. Its been around 20 days now. No one from Airtel has contacted me to collect the dues. Also, I have sent multiple mails at [protected]@in.airtel.com for reminding them to collect the issues. STILL NO RESPONSE. I just receive an auto generated mail, stating that i'll be contacted by airtel executive for the resolution of my issue within 1 working day. No response from the airtel presence team at all. At the top of it all, I called at 198 and asked for some information regarding the proceedings for issuing an NOC to me. They say You need to clear out the dues first. They say we do not have a policy of getting the dues collected anymore. Whereas I was promised for the same 20 days ago. Please resolve the issue, get the outstanding dues collected and issue an NOC. you guys provided the connection within 3 days, and its taking 3 months for you to completely close the issue?
