I was using Airtel postpaid connection of phone number [protected] recently I shifted my number from Airtel to Vodafone but after clearing all airtel dues. But after a onth my phone connection was disconnected automatically and when I visited the airtel store they told me that some amount was due at the time of porting so I have cleared that amount too but still my number is not working. I am soo frustrated airtel store people are not listening. Please help me.

Behaviour of Airtel people is being questioned here and to my surpirse, despite getting a call from Mr.Vikas, whois dealing with this case. I received a call from line manager of this area and he asked me about the problem in detail on 13th evening and assured me that his team will come on 14th morning to resolve this problem.
Again, no calls, no messages and no one visited.The behaviour has become repetitive innature and they are just calling and asking the problem.
I have given the written complaint and they shoudl have actually been aware of the problem and if they really want to rectify the fault, theyshould have come personally to solve the problem.
I don't understand that by just calling and enquiring about the problem, which is clearly written here, what sort of duties they are justyfying to Airtel hiring teams...
Sadest team working for Airtel...
